When Curtis comes to town ... oh my God, it’s Eddie Spears! And he’s still sooo fine!!! Even in those baggy clothes he wears.

Curtis may be my new favorite character Eddie has ever portrayed. He’s done a lot of serious roles, but seriously, he is freaking hilarious with Ed Helms!!! LMAO!!! No spoilers! Watch the show! It reminds me a little of Parks and Recreation and The Office without the documentary spoof style.

I want more Curtis in Season 3 of Rutherford Falls. The show is hilarious and lots of man candy! That is all.

Side Note: Eddie Spears is aging like a fine red wine in the likes of Idris Elba, Matthew McConnaghey, and Michael Greyeyes! Zaddies! That’s a lot of man candy! Look for the Greyeyes man candy also in Rutherford Falls. Michael Greyeyes is killing it!

First off, I am a big fan of this long-time Uncas-Alice blog. Personally, I can see Eddie rocking Magua because I love that devilish streak in his acting that makes him immensely interesting.

I think I have a fun question! If they were to remake The Last of the Mohicans (god forbid but this is *just* or fun) who would you like to see as the new cast?

Ok so I am *TERRIBLE* at these…I don’t watch a lot of new things so I tend not to know who ANY of the celebrities are. That being said…here are the only three I’ve actually thought about and would love to see!

So, this is a gripping article that takes prejudiced old Hollywood by the horns. It mentions a lot of opprobrious whitewashing that goes on unapologetically in Hollywood, casting whites in nonwhite roles, and I think it relates well to the lack of roles going to minorities, including Native Americans which is just bull!

Aziz Ansari even brings up this subject in his Netflix show, Master of None. Very good show. Check it out if you have Netflix. Naturally, the wheels were spinning while I watched this show, watching Dev going through the ringer as an Indian American actor in Hollywood. I won’t mention spoilers. But it showcases more absurd, eye rolling bull.

It goes without saying that Hollywood needs to change for the better of the world. Casting Emma Stone as Allison Ng in Aloha ... face palm! Johnny Depp as Tonto (that movie is rife with other problems I won’t get into)? What were you thinking?! Face palm! Come on Hollywood! It’s so egregious and racist. I know there are good people with a good moral compass. I just wished they ran things and outrageous casting calls like this wouldn’t be a reality.

Some shows do an otherwise bang up job of not just casting but including characters in their story lines in respectful, interesting, human slants. Like Lost, Longmire, Scandal, and the new Hawaii Five-0. Even the idea of entertaining Idris Elba as the new Bond makes my heart go beat, beat! :-)

So, Hollywood, give ahmazing actors like Eddie Spears a chance. Why? Because they are gifted actors of their craft who deserve lead roles. They are actors for a reason. Eddie was DYNAMITE in Z Nation. DYNAMITE! And don’t give me lip that the Box Office won’t make money. That article cited a very successful movie, Harold and Kumar, after all. And yeah, I love all three! What’s not to love about John Cho and Kal Penn! Eddie Spears is just as talented and I would love to see him and his fellow actors get incredible roles.

So, eff yeah, Eddie Spears! You rock! ;-)
