No, technically Roselle did. She took the knife for her, but the sacrifice proved enough of a show of love to break the curse. So Rose was healed, Juleka’s curse and the one on her family was broken.

So, just out of curiosity, how would the Transformation part in Beauty and the Beast go with JuleBeast (assuming she has a human form)?

Uh…basically just how the Beast’s transformation worked, I guess? Just that she never deserved it happening and the sorcerer was an asshole? Yes, she was a human before the transformation, but she retained some beastly features when the curse was broken, like her horns, fangs and claws, because she grew confident in them and they were part of who she was.

Class of Heroes AU: Rose and her Beast Princess, Prologue

So this was something I did on a whim. Enjoy everybody! As always, credit to @artzychic27 and @imsparky2002.

Once upon a time, in a faraway land

A young princess lived with her family in a shining castle, the halls filled with music

Though she was given everything her heart could desire by her loving parents, the princess was not spoiled or selfish, and treated everyone around with compassion and kindness

In addition to this, the princess and her twin brother, a gifted musician, were known for miles around for their stunning beauty, attracting the eyes of many suitors

But one such admirer would change the course of the princess’ life forever…

On a cold Winter’s night, where there was no moon, a young sorcerer, who had admired the fair princess for many months, came to the castle to seek her hand

He was arrogant, this sorcerer, seeing himself as God’s gift to women and certain the princess would fall at his feet. His pitch was less than stellar, and when he offered the princess a single black rose as a proposal, she couldn’t help but speak her mind

While remaining as respectful as she possibly could, though she was seething at his backwards attitude, the princess told the chauvinistic sorcerer exactly why she would not be accepting his offer, asking him to please leave

Unwilling to accept ‘No’ for an answer, he warned her that bad things happened to those who denied him what he wanted. But when she showed no fear and firmly dismissed him yet again, his charming exterior melted away to reveal the petty and petulant man he truly was

The princess tried to calm the situation, but it was too late, for she had wounded his pride and he was determined to make her pay

As ‘punishment’ for her rejection, he sealed her in the form of a monstrous beast, and as an extra jab, placed an additional curse on her family and the castle staff, transforming them into household ware

He was especially harsh towards the princess’ beloved brother, who had stepped in to try and defend his sister when he could sense that this would get physical, taking away his ability to communicate through anything besides his music

Ashamed of her new appearance, the princess-turned-beast sealed herself away inside the castle, with a magical mirror as her only window to the outside world

The black rose the sorcerer had offered became an enchanted timer, which would bloom until her sixteenth birthday. If she could come to love another, and earn their love in return by the time the last petal fell, then the spell would be broken

If not, she would remain a beast for all time, and her loved ones would lose their humanity, becoming nothing more than inanimate knickknacks, leaving her all alone

Over time, the princess fell into despair, and lost all hope

For who could ever learn to love…a Beast?

I love in your akuma swaps, so many of the class seem upset to be turned into werewolves with the Weredad Akuma. But then you have Marinette who seems happy as can be to be a werewolf. She's having the time of her life! I know a few others don't seem upset but Marinette is so cute being all happy with her dad's akuma.

The reason why most of the Weredad akumas swaps I draw has them all anger was because Weredad himself was angry, but I changed it for certain characters as well.

Like Juleka being more interested in Mylenes stick,

Mylene being content with this

Lila is annoyed with this

And my personal fave of Chloe not enjoying this particular akuma swap at all.
