I was trying to figure out what the 6 of them would do together and I felt like yakiniku was very fitting! I like to think that Soyo wanted to get over her fear of blood/guts now that she's prime minister and Kagura suggested they go to yakiniku and since there's a lot of raw meat around. Soyo invited the rest of the gang to join and faced her fears of raw intestines!

I thought it would be cute if they made riceballs together! My head canon of the order of who would be the best at making rice balls from best to worse is Katsura, Gintoki, Oboro, Nobume (if she tried), Takasugi and lastly Shouyou (he tries his best though...)
