New's father's death:

"The death of the father of New and Non at their mother’s funeral was dr. sam’s idea and she said she’s so sorry for the trauma this scene created but she wants to push New’s character to the point that he feels the pain like suffering in hell"

Sammon's answer on whether Phee still loves Non:

Phee’s POV: Non cheated on him so it’s something that when time passes, his love for Non is still there but somehow faded away. Beyond that is Phee feels immense guilt bcuz he told Non to get lost and d*e

The Flashbacks:

Dr. Sammon said at first they planned to have the flashback since ep.2 of DFF. The original plan was the series will run in sequence with the flashbacks inserted along the way but they decided to change to have the first 4 episodes focusing on the present days without the background of the characters. After the past had been revealed in Act 2, the audiences will go back to find any clues left in ep.1-4 to connect the dots.

Asked if a listener was sure that New was dead and said that at the end they are still in the house (but offered no clarification as to the fate of the characters or where in the timeline in the last episode 'still in the house' means)

Non is artistic and New is academic kid. New focused on study so their Mom will not pressure Non, but it strained their relationship, which New plan to amend after returning from England. Non is typical who draw, write, manga etc. That's why the script is important for him. It's the first time someone believe in his ability, he got some friends in the way and also he want to show his parent that he also had something he want to do (art).

Welp. It’s because Phee really did not know to what extent New really did. he just knew and helped with the first thing (which I did not expect it would be the drinks). But after that, all of it was New being the mastermind and figuring out what New did planned Por following something that no one’s there, the ‘head-cutter’ , Top being possessed. The gun? Idk. I guess.

Even I know some of us really asking why he did not try to look where Non goes. But who is he really gonna ask? No one knew anything after he was disappeared. Which I guess his parents doesn’t know that Non involved with mafia too bcs of Tee and the so called of ‘Kru Keng’ is also dissappeared. And the police is just being a corrupt people who involved to this matter too.

He already lost everyone in his family. So I think he already not in a right mind. And for him to killed this bullies is nothing to what he already felt for this 3 year bcs of them.

But my opinion:

Phee, I really did not know what are you doing all these three year? If you already got clue that he did involved with this bullies and those mafia shit why did you not investigated him one by one so you can passed this information to New???? Gosh these kids. Really a kids.

Dff really potrayed how bullying and porn revenged affect anyone around them. They would not get what they deserved, which is happy ending. Just looked at how bullying did around us.

Once you did dirty on someone it would never changed how much year you improved yourself. It cannot changed coz you never do apologized for what you did. You just apologized bcs you think your life crushed like that in one night.

And one thing, Jin character not improved so much for me it is the best thing to do. (Well idc if after this bad mouthing abt this) but for me it is the best thing to do. Bcs he rlly portrayed how he never really moved on from what happened. And how he really always thinking that he was the victim from Non’s do (which is literally he was the coward one) and from Phee too.

Tc fans really annoyed me.

They already said that no romantic things in this drama. Even they said something along to say what they had feels. It is still not being counted as a romantics drama.

So stop making this like ‘they deserved for being the main role’

And I’ve realised as well Phee never told New, that he and Non had a fight before he disappeared and I guess he is that “well I could drop it if I knew later what really is going on there”

Phee has never been interested in revenge. The only thing Phee is interested in is his own redemption. He’s not angry to learn Jin is the one who filmed that video because he perceives his own actions towards Non as worse. He says “we’re the ones who hurt Non.” He puts himself on the same level as Jin. Jin filmed the video, Phee shamed Non for it, and they are both equally wrong. Phee isn’t choosing Jin over Non. He was never there to avenge Non in the first place. In Phee’s eyes, he himself deserves punishment just like the rest of them and he is kind to Jin because he would hope that Non would offer him kindness in return. It must be a great relief to him to finally have someone who understands the pain and guilt he’s been carrying for years because they have been carrying it too.

My geniuine opinion after the whole thing that happened in episode 4-11

It’s been a day I saw some posts lingering in here and X as well about New became hero and then he’s not anymore after what he had done.

For me, from the beginning. There is no hero. No one is being a hero. New just like how we portrayed in real life how a family is going downhill bcs other people who took the blame on to the other person without acknowledge what they have been done.

It is actually reminded me with a Marianne Bachmeier case, about she klld the rapist of her daughter after she got the answer in the court. I guess it’s more simple as it is.

New’s just barely a son and a big brother who feels hurted. He’s not a great son, bcs he lied to his parents as well abt the whole ordeal. He’s not a great brother, bcs he not know a everthing that happen in his brother lives and who know how hard he tried before he left for studying in UK to get closed with Non? But he also missed his brother, who only shared the same bllod and family.

I guess it is just a simple as it is. It’s never be who is gonna be a hero or the last man standing after the las eps end. But it is just telling how fucked up something happened and everyone make Non is the one who is at fault. When he never was.

Idk if later in eps 12 they will bring this story out to public or not. Bcs even they shared the story it will be nothing and just a story. It is just a parents who regretted to blantantly believed their child, or a police who to ashamed to talk about it so they try cover again. Or the rest of the mafia who do orgns selling being catch. Or anyone who pitying Non and his brother.

And lastly, why is it not the same as the glory? Because in the glory the victim survived. While in here, we don’t know New survived or not (but most likely he already gone). It is only New who knows nothing and just knew about his brother gone after the video leaked, short film, and the horse account thing.
