Hey hope you are well. I was wonder is it normal for Arab brides to wear white? Is it Jordanian tradition for brides to wear white, or does it depend on the region or does it depend on the class/status of the family?

In Jordan all prides wear white dresses in there weddings day but in Henna day they wear traditional dresses which is an embroidered thoub as what Princess Iman wore but usually it embroidered with red silk threads not white ones

During the live, i noticed that Jameel first put the ring on Iman hand but then took and put in other hands.(i think first in right then took and put it in left)Any specific reasons?

In an Arab world they put the ring in the right hand when they are engaged and in the left hand when they are married unlike the west world

I read your tumblr, glad to see you back and i would like to share you my opinion: shared by so many and lots of Jordanians.

Yes Prince Hussein looks depressed since his engagement, his parents only seem happy and why not they think this alliance will assure them a forever help from saudis.

The couple has zero chemistry, no attention and probably fake one on her part. It's not just arranged It's forced as i heard mostly from his people he wanted to break up but his parents are forcing him more than ever now that they announced the date. For me it's not fair Prince Hussein doesn't have to repair his parents mistakes and this girl doesn't deserve to be used she has feelings ; both have! And how they think he could rules a country when they don't let him make at 28 his own choices.

You can easily feel a Charles/Diana 2.0 story.

To be clear i think about both when i say they will suffer, probably already suffering and just had to fake to please their parents ambitions

And sadly it's more than true but Prince Hussein needs to marry a Jordanian to unite his country , someone who can relate to their people ,a saudi can't at all she faked to be interested at Hashemites history at the museum she will never care about his people and i can't blame her they are not her people why would she care? I wanted to believe in their union but the more we are closed to their wedding the more i see PR from the Queen and her team the more this will lead to a big disaster and it will. And anyone who follows the Prince for years know he can't fake and that's what makes him a good person but sadly he is surrounded by bad people.

Forgive me and my lack of knowledge, but is the Arabic spoken in Saudi Arabia the same Arabic spoken in Jordan? I assumed when countries say their main language is Arabic it's a dialect/variation of Arabic, so it's a bit hard to understand each other?I read somewhere that modern standard Arabic (MSA) isn't used in Arab countries but is in some areas in Jordan... I'm a bit confused. 1/2

Each region has people speak their own accent. In Jordan people speak Jordanian accent. And Saudi people speak Saudi accent and so on. But all of them are Arabic.

I think money is very much political he wouldn’t have married a poor Saudi girl from a regular family he married a wealthy Saudi girl from an influential family something his Jordanian girl couldn’t provide

Whatever going.. CP-Rajwa arranged/love engagement, Iman Engagement, Jameel...I really miss Salma❤️ I really miss HRH Haya(mostly her son and daughter)...I too miss Princess Raiyah. She is like she left😭💔

Me too I really miss Princess Salma and Princess Haya. Princess Haya is the most favorite princess for Jordanians and people really like Princess Salma especially when she decided to be a pilot in Jordanian army.

I saw your post about how the jordan people feel about Cp Engagement…. I went to school with him at GW & he had a gf ip until a few months prior to his engagement & she was a Jordanian American girl Very very very smart and beautiful but he fam isn’t wealthy at all she actually is the type that had to work hard to get where she is it’s funny b/c she now lives in NYC & works here but I don’t think his family approved b/c baby girl didn’t have much money

Thank you for sharing this information. But it's not about money as it is about politics. If he got married to a Saudi girl then Saudi Arabia will support Jordan for the rest of his life.

All what we say is just an analysis of this situation. Marrying a girl her cousin is Prince Muhammad Bin Salman. She is Saudi and wealthy and trying so hard to brove that they are in love. her necklace with there initials if you throw it on any one he will be die immediately lol.

All of that gave me a hint that they are want people to believe they are in love. But actually it's not funny I really hope that our analysis isn't truth. Cuz that means CP is getting married not for love but for politics. Hope from all my heart that our analysis isn't truth.

How Jordanians react to CPH engagement?And Rajwa?

Some of Jordanians aren't happy for his engagement. People were asking for letting at least one Jordanian woman to be a queen. Can you imagine that in Jordan there wasn't any Jordanian queens. Jordanians feel good with Queen Alia and Queen Rania because they are Palestinians and the fact that Jordanians and Palestinians are a one nation but at the same time they hoped that CP will break the tradition of his family and marry a Jordanian but unfortunately that didn't happen.

But at the same time there are some people think that his choice is better than Princess Iman's choice at least Rajwa is an Arab and Muslim she doesn't need a translator when she is talking to people and for me I'm one of these people I'm happy that he is marrying an Arab and Muslim girl.

All people think that is an arranged marriage for political reasons but I hope it's not I really want him and Rajwa to be happy.

People always consider western royal love as romantic. Bt shajahan (built taj mahal) mumtaz, saleem anarkali, & laila majnu were real true romance. They are Muslims. Outstandingly king akbar and jodha bai were hevenly. Their love story is majestic and divine. Akbar was the greatest king and his era was considered golden. I hope CP hussein's romance will be like akbar. He'll be modern akbar and shock the whole world with his love & rule. Watch movie JODHA AKBAR. I wish CP will read this post.
