Starlink Wireless Bridge.
Here we have a Starlink that we had fitted on a garage due to the thatched cottage being a listed building.
We installed the Starlink a few weeks ago and returned to install a wireless bridge from the garage back to the house to get the internet across the property.
We installed 2 Ubiquiti Nanobeams which can send the internet up to 15km and are ideal for this short distance, one was fitted alongside the starlink and the other was fitted into the house with approx 180mbs going to the house so no loss in speeds.
From there we installed a Deco mesh network and the customer now has high speed internet everywhere around the property.

Starlink Installation Bacup.
Here we have a Starlink installation for a clients garage / showroom in a remote area of Bacup carried out by Andy and Ethan.
The customer in this case was running a car sales business but really struggling with his internet with a speed of between 5 and 10 mbs max, he rang us up for a bit of advice firstly as hearing that Starlink would help his business out. He decided to order Starlink and order the Ethernet adapter due to the size of the building knowing he would struggle with Wi-Fi range.
The starlink arrived within 5 days and installed within a week after and a straightforward installation of the dish onto the roof with bolts straight through sealed up. The starlink was up and running and speeds were at plus 180 mbs.
The second issue was the length of the building and the Wi-Fi range of the Starlink router customer had requested a hard wired connection down the entire length along with a hard wired mesh network one fitted at the far end of building and a satellite node half way down.
The result was a mesh system part backhauled part wireless and 50 meters from the main mesh node the speeds were virtually the same plus anywhere the customer went perfect and stable connection so now can upload his cars images etc without losing connections.
Very happy customer for more information or to book feel free to get in touch.

Home Networks from Starlink.
Here we have a new complete home network installation carried out by Andy and Ethan from a Starlink fitted the previous week.
We installed the starlink which was a pretty straightforward installation up on a pole mount down and into the lounge room which had the normal 3 foot thick well built walls.
The house was not very large but had internal walls of just under 3 foot solid stone walls and using the upgraded app by Starlink the Wi-Fi wouldn’t see through one wall. He had however ordered a mesh router from Starlink which again is a complete waste of money due to being a wireless mesh node only. We advised him to order the Tp Link Deco S7 mesh routers from Amazon and arranged to come back to install the system for him using the backhaul facility.
We installed 4 RJ45 sockets along with a brush plate for starlink in the lounge and then 4 CAT 6 cables around the property to the locations with the WI-FI dead spots and then installed another RJ45 socket to make a permanent installation.
After this was complete we helped the customer install the mesh routers then plugged them all into the sockets and bang 220 mbs virtually every single inch of the property.
One very happy client with his gsm router getting sent back to 02.

Starlink Installers Stockport.
Here we have an unusual install of Starlink into an old cottage in Cheadle, Stockport by engineers Andy and Ethan.
The client had lived in the property for a couple of years and had dealt with a poor offering from BT offering about 10mbs max due to the location and planning issues with installing new lines. Cable was a no go and the gsm route offered next to nothing. As the 2 children in the home started using PlayStations etc and a couple of TVs were trying to stream Netflix etc the system couldn’t cope and so they took the plunge into Starlink.
The customer had contacted us for advice and then ordered from Starlink and it all arrived within 2 weeks along with the Ethernet adapter.
Starlink dish was fitted up on to the chimney to get past the trees and fitted securely using a heavy duty cradle and lashing kit and pole. The dish was up and running within an hour and fitted down to the customers living room and will be all hidden inside a media wall that is due to be constructed shortly.
Due to the thicknesss of the walls and it being quite a large property the customer opted for a same day installation of 4 Deco mesh system backhauled over Cat 6 with fitted RJ45 sockets to make a permanent installation. In the lounge 3 cat6 cables were terminated into sockets along with the starlink and these were routed externally and again terminated into RJ45 sockets. In the lounge the starlink was routed into the primary Deco and from there into a network switch and then into the sockets. In the 3 rooms a single Deco node was installed and connected in.
The speeds were fantastic with roughly 180mbs wherever we went in the property the PlayStations are going to be Ethernet connected into the Deco as 2 spare Ethernet sockets on each.
Very happy client with a whole house Starlink mesh system.

Starlink Installation Whalley.
Here we have a Starlink installed today by Andy and Ethan in Barley just outside Whalley.
This is the second visit to the property the first visit we were called out to diagnose the fault of an installation that had been in place for 6 months. The dish was fitted up on the stack which had an active coal fire and was fitted just below the exist of flu on the chimney. Very hard to work out the fault due to the lack of spares but we eliminated the cable so explained to the customer she would have to contact Starlink support for a new dish.
6 weeks later the dish arrived and we were called back the customer decided they wanted to be installed on a low barn so more accessible and away from the chimney flu. Cable was run through conduit and fed into the office room and within 30 mins 190mbs achieved.
Another satisfied customer.

Starlink Installations Warrington.
Here we have an installation carried out by Andy and Ethan in Grappenhall, Warrington.
The customer lived in a remote and rural area of Warrington and was suffering with very slow internet supplied by BT and were struggling just getting 1 mb and tried to run a business through that speed. They had already tried various other SIM card options through mobile networks but nothing reliable.
The client had rang us up provisionally for some advice on starlink as an option to replace BT and then decided to take the plunge.
It took 2 weeks for the equipment to arrive and she called us to book in when title arrived. The dish is fitted on the gable end and routed as best as we could with 75 foot of cable supplied but just about managed it without ordering the longer cable. The dish was fitted on a heavy duty bracket and was up and running within an hour. Inside was finished off with a Brushed wall socket.
Speeds of 160 mbs within 10 mins of being switched on.
Another satisfied customer.

Starlink Oldham
Here we have a a starlink installed in Greenfield, Oldham by Andy and Ethan for a client.
Greenfield is a remote enough but this property was sat up on a hillside with terrible connectivity to the internet, the options were 6 mbs of BT and a max of 15 mbs from a gsm sim from a mobile network. This for some would be enough but the client husband and wife both worked from home with the zoom calls etc, but with 3 PlayStation 5s in the home with 2 lads being pro gamers never going to work, also with the likes of Netflix a solution was needed.
So along comes Starlink up and running and fitted to the gable end with the excess cable being left at the dish as router was going to be in the front room and not easy to hide fitted onto a galvanised wall bracket and alloy mast to prevent the rust. Within an hour speeds were up to to 190mbs pretty good.
We are going back in a weeks time to install 4 Deco mesh network system and back hauling over cat6 with wall sockets fitted so the 2 serious gamers have a Deco in their rooms for the mesh but also can be plugged into over Ethernet. And one more routed to a loft room that will fill upstairs and kitchen underneath with the same mesh network. When completed they will have an excellent system in place.
Very happy customers for more info or to book.

Starlink Installation Macclesfield
Here we have a customer that lived in a very remote location in Macclesfield Forest who try’s to run a business from home with no phone and the only internet was through a sim router with 5 mbs at best.
Customer had ordered Starlink and had it running in the garden for a few weeks to see if it was good enough and was getting approx 120 mbs which will only get better over time.
He contacted us to do a more permanent installation up on the chimney out of the way this was carried out by Andy and Ethan using a heavy duty cradle and strong alloy mast nice and tidy installation, the cable was routed to the clients office.
They now want a full Mesh backhauled system installing due to the thick walls also a wireless bridge putting in to facilitate a couple of cottage properties they have, another job for another day.

Home network Solutions.
Here we have an installation in Skelmersdale to help a customer who had run out of ideas with his network at home.
The current setup was a Sky router in the hall way with a cable running into a 12 way Ethernet switch and Ethernet cables running through the house and under the carpets etc. In the master bedroom to ethernets ran under the carpet and another 2 to other rooms one which had a repeater plugged in.
Downstairs set up was 2 Ethernet cables running under the carpet and laminate floor to the main Tv in the lounge so it could be hardwired.
The customer had run away with it all and was fed up with the situation and contacted us to resolve the mess even behind the lounge TV was a dead spot with no Wi-Fi.
The problem with this type of situation is that is easy to get carried away buying all these different types of Wi-Fi repeaters etc and internet over the mains etc. Each device will have its own SSID and password and when moving around connections get lost.
The true answer is to get rid of it all and install a mesh system with one password and one network, the downside with mesh networks is again they rely on Wi-Fi repeating and using a channel for this process, in this case the Wi-Fi wouldn’t reach 5 meters to behind the customers TV due the design of the walls.
Most clever Mesh systems such as in this case the TP Link Deco S7 has the facility to backhaul so each node is connected over Cat6 cable to eliminate the dead zones.
The installation was simplified to 3 Deco units with one being the master node wired into the Sky router from there into a 5 way Ethernet switch and 2 short ethernets into the RJ45 double socket. From the socket we hard wired 2 cat 6 cables around the outside of the property and one into the bedroom and one to the lounge and terminated with another RJ45 socket to make a more permanent installation. The 2 remaining Deco nodes were fitted and plugged into the sockets to create a Backhauled Mesh Network.
The result was three cat 6 connected nodes with no dead zones and one very capable Wi-Fi network with one username and password so no dropouts. Also each node can take up to another 2 Ethernet devices like his playstion 5 and TV so all hard wired over CAT 6 so no latency issues.
The router on the window ledge was how the customer wanted it and he was made up with it all.
One happy couple now and no tripping over the wires.

Home Networks, Mesh Network installation, Cat5/6 installations, RJ45 sockets, complete home internet solutions in Northwich
Welcome to Home Network Solutions your answer to all your internet issues.
Mesh Network installation is the latest way of wiring up larger properties allowing you to move around your property using the same SSID and password and without losing the connection at all. The only drawback is if you have thick walls or a larger home then if you rely on the Mesh only through its Wi-Fi then every mesh node will roughly drop its speed by half no good for gaming etc due to the reduced latency as well. Most modern Wi-Fi mesh nodes come with Ethernet ports and the ability to backhaul the system.
A Backhauled Mesh network allows one node to be used as the master and all other nodes to be connected over Cat5 / 6 so each node gets the fastest and most secure network we install RJ45 sockets so it is a permanent installation. The mesh nodes also have the capacity of plugging ethernets into them so makes a secure connection for people working from home or for gamers and hard wired TV connections.
We offer full hardwired network installations including network switches, simple Wi-Fi set up help, wireless bridge connections for your garden rooms etc.
