A list of who owes me money and my thoughts on whether or not they'll pay me back:

Yunobo - owes me 10 rupees because I bought him a sandwich. He'll probably pay me back.

Zelda - I loaned her 30 rupees because she asked politely. She'll probably try to pay me back with interest.

Purah - asked me to borrow 25 rupees while she was already taking them out of my wallet. I think she'll pay me back if I ask.

The crazy flower lady that hangs out at the Floret sandbar - owes me 50 rupees. Refuses to pay me back and, frankly, she scares the hell out of me so I don't bring it up.

Link - I made the mistake of loaning him 800 rupees. He will literally teleport away if I ask about it.

Master Kohga - Owes me over 2000 rupees and will definitely never pay me back but it's okay because I forgive him.

I've heard tell that if you wander into the Lost Woods on 4/20 and put some doritos in the middle of circle of stones, korok will appear and give you a dank nug. You will however probably never find your way out of the woods and die of exposure soon after. So, I'd recommend not doing that.
