hello, everybody! it feels really unusual being on this account now, though it’s not unusual of me to be inactive, but i think it’s fair of me to bring up the fact that i most likely won’t create fan fiction meant to be posted on this account anymore, and probably none at all for that matter. my absence probably won’t make any difference, the world of fan fiction is blessed with talented, capable, and most of all, active individuals and whether i’m here or not, it’s probably the same thing through and through.

there are several reasons why i’ve decided to stop, some of them being my wish to create my own original things that i’ve made progress with behind the scenes, real life getting more complex and busy especially in the chapter of studies, mental health issues that affect my performance and, most of all, my lack of overall motivation and energy to keep going. the latter made me feel like my works haven’t been exactly reaching the excellence i hoped or thought they would, which probably also affected the traction of my works.

i don’t know if this will reach anyone, but still, my works have been and are still getting love which i’m very happy about. they will be immortalized here, in this little digital museum. so i want this post to be some form of clarification that you’re welcome here any time, but i’ll probably be long gone. i wish i could thank everyone individually for appreciating my work, from day one. if there’s anyone who wants to keep in touch, i will be sure to come forward with my new account once i feel like the right time has come.

thanks for tuning in to these silly little stories i’ve shared, and thanks for making it possible for me to feel like my writing belongs somewhere for almost two years. maybe this is my starting point of possibly creating something bigger and better. writing is my way of confronting tragedy, and i hope it’ll continue to help me kick reality in its teeth.

I fell really sick and had covid and all. but I'm much better now woohoo.

I think every person has that game that they played as kids? like for me it's been street fighter, gta lol. any time I play those games I feel like I'm a kid again.

I love Ichigo’s theme! but also battle ignition (if that's the name?) Any music from the soul society arc is really my favorite and I listen to it on repeat!!

holy shit the cyberpunk genre sounds so interesting?!! I'll have to look in to that. I mainly read fantasy, be it urban or historical. I'm currently reading two series simultaneously. “the poppy war” and “mistborn”. both are so good omg!! I love books that just mess up your head for a while and make you think from a whole other perspective.

oh hey again! yes, i’m afraid i didn’t get the ask, though i think i should also initiate conversations more often. i’m pretty sure i’m becoming an enemy of the deep tumblr state as well because i’m 100% sure they shadowbanned me hahaha so i have no idea in which measure my posts reach everyone.

oh wow, covid? it must’ve sucked so bad, sorry that you had to go through it and i hope you’ve made a complete well recovery. as a matter of fact everybody in my family had it at some point but i never did, it must be a dumb luck thing LOL

oh yeah, that’s prolly an implicit thing. i’ve had quite a handful, gta or counter strike happen to be among them. aside from that, i’ve played a grimace of facebook and browser games as a kid, it was a total mess. but i kind of miss them sometimes because it was probably the most peaceful period of my life.

battle ignition is also among my favorites, along with the precipice of defeat. they play really early in the series so i guess i have this tie to nostalgia with them. other than that, i really love clavar la espada and la distancia para un duelo, which makes me think about what osts we’ll get when the quincy war gets animated 👀 vewy exciting

i’m being pretty virtuos about cyberpunk haha, it’s also a great aesthetic to get by. i wish it’d have more literary uptakes on it, but in my experience the worldbuilding of a cyberpunk-centered universe might be significantly more difficult. i’m glad to know your picks are enjoyable reads, i hope you’re having lots of fun! my attention span is all over the place these days so i either read 100 pages a day or nothing an entire week, i’ve started the second book of can’t fear your own world by tite kubo and ryogo narita, the series has hisagi shuhei as the main character and this insight of his universe makes me love him a lot. on the other hand i’ve also resumed dune by frank herbert which i have on hold for almost a year haha, i got hooked into this book because one of my favorite music albums and it’s pretty fun, albeit a bit long and difficult

NOTE: initially, this post that was supposed to come out earlier, but i’ve been struggling with unstable internet connection for a while. so the vice housewardens version is here now. thanks to everyone that tuned in on the original post about the housewardens! this is also a small celebration of the official release of one of my favorite aurora songs, and an opportunity to use this stunning card of jamil. please keep in mind that these are personal thoughts on the matter at hand.

HOW LIKELY ARE THE VICE HOUSEWARDENS TO SLOW DANCE, FROM FIRST TO LAST, IN MY OPINION? ANOTHER QUICK-N-SILLY ANALYSIS.

rook is either following his housewarden’s footsteps or indulging a scrumptious desire of his own. but his spirit of elegance and willingness aren’t to be taken lightly, and between foreign tongues of everythings and nothings, he’s a pleasant, considerate companion. expect his poetic ramblings to accompany your dancing steps for the night. the way he writes out your name in shapes that feign words of artistry directed to his beloved, you, is nothing short of endearing, albeit a little bit insatiable. but he means well. he keeps a reasonable distance between the two of you, hand not too high or too low. he had studied the ways of the ballroom, much like all of pomefiore.

as for jade, what would make it difficult to keep up with him, if not his height? nevertheless, he’s got to be the most well-mannered gentleman to walk on two legs, and maybe azul would side-eye him for it. jade is truly attentive to your footing, he would rather follow you than pose difficulty in being followed. it’s hard to picture him with a particular desired partner in mind when it comes to slow dancing, but he’ll courteously respond when asked to it. maybe he’ll tip his fedora for dramatic value, who knows? although i hope he won’t. i believe he’d be able to replicate a faux feeling of romance as well, but he’d probably be bested by rook’s ingenuity in this category.

trey, oh, i love him so. i believe he oscillates between someone who’ll take you to dance when you’re left behind on the sidelines because he’s that nice, and someone who’ll play his cards right as not to give you room to rest at all for the night. after all, you’re very dear to him. he talks to you and asks questions, perhaps revealing a desire to know you more intimately, using this limital waltz as a pretext. your words and smiles collide, which inevitably leads to tripping over feet here and there, but you laugh it off as no big deal. trey just hopes he didn’t happen to break rule six-hundred-something that forbids him from taking things lightly when the wind goes north-east at night.

jamil? i think this one might take some convincing. i believe that he’d need to know someone like the back of his hand if he wants to indulge them. that, or he has honed his dancing skills to perfection, and his modesty comes out to play. however, he can’t help diving into the waves of your voice when you call his name, signaling him to come closer; the call he had hoped for. when you lean your head on his shoulder, entranced in what would seem to be a lifelong waltz, he hopes he could take you to the sands of scarabia one of these days, to replicate this renaissant imagery of the two of you, immortalizing it. but he knows he probably won’t hear the end of kalim’s excited exclamation about how you and jamil should get married in the future.

lilia would be thrilled to dance with you! ...but he’s probably not that great at it. for someone who’s been alive for as long as him, he could be seen as some sort of jack-of-all-trades, yes. it’s just that he had concentrated on plenty of things, such as raising dragon children, but slow-dancing is not one of them. he’s eager to learn, though, and diasomnia, as sinister as it is, has plenty of halls to get chased down in some rococo ball gown. i picture lilia to be a quick learner, but he would perhaps be worried about inconveniencing you. after all, he’s an overseer, so being concerned with others comes naturally to him. nevertheless, he’ll think his thoughts and feel his feelings. there’s no room for being uptight in the world you and lilia share.

do you think ortho is familiar with the concept of slow dancing? no matter, he’ll look it up! he’ll go up to idia for a proper overview afterwards, but obviously, he’ll be faced with answers such as “something performed by normies” or “an useless yet overrated biped skill”, you know, things of the like. but then, he comes to you for a proper proper overview! when you break down the act in child-like terms, ortho extracts the fact that slow dancing is performed by two individuals who like one another. when he requests a demonstration and you realize that his mechanical body is in the way, it doesn’t stop you from clasping his fragile wrists into your hands for a few harmless twists and twirls to which he enthusiastically floats in response. ortho deserves to experience human goodness as much as his friends on campus.

ruggie is, unfortunately, at the bottom of this list. i don’t see him as someone with the skill or interest in slow dancing, but hey, he won’t necessarily turn you down if you ask. however, he’s willing to bargain, implying that he gets a reward for the trouble. in a way, he’s like leona; despite all the competition, there’s specific things that’ll push his buttons. propose a full meal in exchange for this damned dance, and he’ll wipe the floors with everybody. after all, you can’t have a good party without someone on the floor. however, the enjoyment in your expression as well as body language when you two lock eyes in the act of dancing is... almost gratifying. oh, he likes you. he considers being the one who initiates the dancing next time, or perhaps all other upcoming times. who knows?
