Also, Jay's parents!? Love how you portrayed them and I'm kinda intrigued that his dad seems to be a genuinely nice person...it's so different from the show and an interesting take for sure!

do you think JLS will quit acting?

Hard to say. The guy has been working just about non-stop since he was a child and was a series regular on two shows for nearly half his life. He has said in interviews that he likes staying busy and working, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he continues to take a break for a while longer until he finds another project that he’s really passionate about. He’s also said he wants to direct and produce more, so he could really do anything. We’ll have to wait and see what he does.

I did not. I think that happened earlier before I got there because I would have seen it from where I was allowed to stand.

Based on what you saw during your time in Chicago, how are you feeling going into the finale?

I’m actually really excited to see how everything plays out between both the penultimate and the finale. I only got to see and hear snippets of some things at filming, so I can’t wait to see how it all comes together.

hailey met the parents!!! oh today’s chapter was so sweet, of course the fight made my heart ache but i’m glad you didn’t give us a cliffhanger and we got some good bonding and handholding. can’t wait for the next chapter!

The fight was…rough. But also understandable and even a little expected. Hailey is not part of his world, and not used to it in the slightest. She’s also not used to having people in her life who genuinely care about her aside from Vanessa and Cam, which you will find out more about that soon, so it felt right for her to explode now rather than later.

No cliffhanger in this chapter!! And I’m so glad you enjoyed the bonding and handholding. This chapter is one of my favorites, and so are the next few, and I can’t wait to share it all with you.
