Julia romanticizes pre-war era and genuinely wish she could live before & thinking she could have a normal life and family. Her father had some books showing pre-war countries which made her longing even worse.

8. Did they live in a vault? If not, have they been inside of one?

She didn't! Julia was born in NCR, Dayglow and lived a relatively normal life until she was old enough to hold a rifle. One side of her resented the Vault Dwellers because how could they live peacefully when others like her were suffering on the surface?

She can speak English and Arcade taught her Latin during the game.

MAILMAN SUPREME... but before that she was a NCR Ranger for a short time just like her father.
