A friend gave me her old smart watch because I mentioned wanting one for fitness reasons. I have been wearing it for one hour, not standing up once. It thinks I have burned over 200 calories because apparently my resting heart rate matches medium to high anxiety levels, or the rates of aerobic endurance exercise
