sorry for folklore is a breakup album posting but im losing my mind thinking about taylor's beautiful fairytale world in the cardigan mv luring her away with the promise of more magic to the open sea where she's lost and afraid and can't breathe do you miss the rogue who coaxed you into paradise and left you there and literally the only harbour she had in the storm was her piano all she could do to cope with the heartbreak was play and retrace her steps back to where she started because she made a home in someone who left and had to go back to the beginning to remind herself of who she was without them
