After a long history of seeing therapists for severe ocd and like intense suicidal ideation and self harm it is so embarrassing to have to be like hi yeah I just have a deep discomfort with physical and emotional intimacy and I’d like to get to the bottom of why :) like is this what it’s like for normal people in therapy. Such a weird experience so they called me and like 25 other ppl into this little room and then they pulled 6 names out of the bingo machine and lucky me I was one of them and then all 3 different lawyers start asking the 6 of us questions about our lives and specific things related to the case and mind you I am being grilled in front of like 30 strangers so I was understandably a little shy and quiet so we get to the last lawyer and she’s like I feel like you seem a little reluctant to be doing this? And I’m like no I’m just shy :) like wtf then she’s like well do you think there’s a chance you could get bulldozed by other people like you wouldn’t be able to speak up for yourself and I was like I don’t know maybe? So I’m like for sure they’re not picking me now bc they think I’m a pussy but no. Because that would make sense

I just made the best smoodie everrr 1 frozen banana, 3 dates (gonna do 2 next time bc it’s a bit sweet), unknown amount of oatmilk, splash of vanilla, flax seeds, and like 1.5 tbsp of sunflower butter (I first started buying this bc I can’t bring nuts to my work but I actually like it way better than peanut butter now) oh and a pinch of salt that is crucial!!!
