Hello, I have been very offline lately due to work and life. What have I missed? lol

Tried to read what they have to say but gave up because of the utter lack of cohesive sentences. They are just vomiting words. The person behind the Renell blog must be mentally unwell and i don't say that lightly.

It was incredibly difficult to read due to both the lack of cohesion, and it went on and on and on, as well as just the really problematic way they spoke about Renell… it gave me the ick how they referred to her.

The Renell hate blog seems to know a lot about photography, which makes me think they're also a photographer. When looking up Renell to figure out what's going on, I found this from a few years ago. Another photographer named Driely Carter, who used to post really hateful things about Renell. According to more than one person, it went on for months. This is the only hate post from Driely that I can find though, but I'm going to keep looking. I would not be surprised if it's the same person running the hate blog, though I would hope she would let it go after so many years. My theory is that, if it's the same person, she saw that Renell won that award, did some googling, found the Jess hate blog, and decided to start her own about Renell.

Interesting… I’ve also noticed there’s really racist undertones in that like, manifesto they wrote. Even without the racist undertones, it’s just a bad look to be attacking a black woman making waves in a male dominated field.

Anyway, the hate blog has been such a catalyst for such a snowballing of negativity. It’s such a shame.

She even posted about Renell being honored again, two days later, tagging Renell, celebrating her friend and person she works with winning an award.

But yeah, something something she’s trying to pass it off like she won it, or whatever.

Good lord, people. Jess made it ABUNDANTLY clear in her stories that Renell was the one being honored at the event and that it was Renell who won the award. She tagged Renell saying she was an ICP honoree, posted photos of the program with Renell’s name on it, and even a picture of the award itself in Renell's hand, with Renell’s name on it, before even posting the picture of herself holding the award. And she was standing WITH Renell in the photo.

Y’all are fixated on and doing the MOST over a single moment in time where Jess held the award, with the person who was given the award literally next to her, and you’re acting as if that’s the only image she shared of the event and is trying to pass it off that she was the one who was honored.

At this point, I feel like the anti-Jess people are just trying to wear everyone else down with an utter avalanche of overwrought conjecture, baseless accusation, and willful stupidity.

I'm not a "Jess Stan". I don't follow her on IG and like her every post. I view her through this lens: she is a person who is obviously important to Jamie* and therefore deserves the benefit of the doubt. If not that, then she should be treated with some common decency as a fellow human being, at the very least. I've never been a fan of witch hunts, and this is exactly what this has become.  

(* Is important, present tense. He referenced her fondly and called her his girlfriend at his most recent panel.)

I have to agree. I feel like they've gotten so deep in the weeds with this narrative, they've lost the plot and just need to make Jess the fall guy no matter what the situation is.

It's also tough because most of the points they're trying to suggest are based on things that have a lot of room for assumption as it is. And they use that void of information to their advantage by saying "well you can't disprove it!" or by claiming it's just their opinion (but also while in the same breath saying it's reality....)

Of all the photos of Jamie at that event, the Coach Presentation for Menswear 2015, there is only one singular picture where Jess is visible. And it's barely half her face. Here are the pics:

Also, if you notice, there is a blonde woman sitting in front of Jess, also in the front row, next to Matilda.

This is a friend of Jess's, who she went with, Harriet Verney. A stylist, DJ, and writer/editor, at the time:

Harriet also did a write up for the Grazia Daily publication about the whole of Fashion Week, talking about how on Day 1 at this Coach event, she spoke with Jamie and Matilda, as she sat next to them in the front row:

Here is Harriet and Jess together at another event for Coach the following month, where it suggests that Jess was just...simply attending multiple Coach/fashion events, maybe with/maybe without Harriet, because they were both stylist/in the fashion world at the time:

Funny enough, Harriet now also has a creative agency, with a website just as bland and vague as Ice Studios, and Harriet is also not listed on the website:

Just something I found interesting and fun to note for no particular reason. :)

So, anyway, final thoughts: She had a reason to be there that has nothing to do with stalking and that's when they first met, being introduced by Harriet, who was seated in the front row beside them.

You have your own opinion about Jess and it's your choice, but the question I ask myself, that no one asks is why Jess stopped following Matilda on IG, she could have continued following her after her breakup with Jamie .

Matilda stopped posting since 2021 and she broke up with Jamie in 2017 and Jess stopped liking her posts at that time because they were no longer together, there may have been photos of the two of them but she mainly did this to get Jamie's attention and she was using Matilda to get what she managed to get for years later (Jamie).

I don’t know either. No one does. But I mean, Jess liked exactly two photos that Matilda ever posted:

Nothing else on the whole page. Even several others including Jamie that she never liked:

She only ever liked those two posts.

They seem to have known each other from moving in the same fashion circles for a time, likely having met at that 2015 event. Maybe that was the only time, maybe it wasn’t. We don’t know exactly when or why Jess actually unfollowed Matilda, and you can have your own ideas about that, but it’s pretty clear that Jess didn’t pay much attention to Matilda’s posts anyway.

Plus, at least in my opinion, if she really wanted Jamie while he was with Matilda, why didn’t she pounce on him when he and Matilda broke up? Why wait for him to get back with Lily, break up with her again, then get with Ruby, and then break up with her to get with Jamie?

For you Jess won his trophy but I wonder why Jamie didn't congratulate him, post or share anything on his own IG account with a comment written like he is proud of the hard work of her partner or he would have traveled to this ceremony, all the way to New York to congratulate her in person and publicly knowing that it is “important for her”.

It's Renell's trophy not Jess's, because where was Jess while Renell was working hard at their Ice Studio business in New York, she allowed herself to let her work partner or coworker run the business on her own for 2 years, while Jess traveled with Jamie, to every convention and event involving him and not involving her.

And in 2 years of traveling with Jamie, Jess was posting celebrity photos on IG that Renell was doing on location in New York and everyone thought she was working remotely, even I believed it for a moment but I thought that it wasn't normal that she let her work partner run "their business" while Jess traveled or hung out at Jamie's apartment all day for 2 years and a few days ago she dared to show up like a "queen" at this ceremony and held the trophy as if she had won it, for me it is Renell who deserves this trophy much more than Jess.

That's why Renell is the person who won the trophy. That's why Renell's name is on it, not Jess's. Why would Jamie post about or attend an award ceremony to honor Jess's coworker?

Jess held it in one (1) singular photo, out in front of Renell, while right next to Renell, after posting three separate photos all with Renell's name being noted as the honoree. I don't know what the issue is lol.

TL;DR: If you're not going to condemn the other people in Jamie's life for drinking around him, then stop condemning Jess.

The argument about Jess endangering Jamie's sobriety because she has drunk wine while out in public with him, and drank even without him, is incredibly nuanced. And many people lack that nuance when talking about it. We can't assume just because she drinks in public settings, that she keeps it in the house with a recovering alcoholic. We've also only seen non-alcoholic wine in the house, which Jamie has drank non-alcoholic beers and wines on his own volition for years, let me also be clear.

You can have your own view on the ethics of drinking around a sober person, absolutely. But I think it's incredibly blasé to just jump to the idea that there was never any sort of discussion about Jamie's limits and boundaries with alcohol, as two adults in a relationship.

And, it's certainly not as if Jamie has just never been around other people who are drinking (or seen posts of people drinking on Instagram..?). Not that I'm speaking for him, but just, for example:

I mean... was Jamie's band toxic for him for clearly having Jack Daniels whiskey in the green room and drinking beer around him while he was sober?

What about his OWN BROTHER posting photos of himself drinking that Jamie could see, or even posing with a glass of champagne with him?

What about the rest of his FAMILY, drinking wine at Christmas around him? While Jamie has a nonalcoholic beer himself?

like... if you're not going to condemn all the other people in his life for drinking alcohol around him, or posting themselves drinking alcohol, shut up about Jess doing it.

For the anom who mentioned that her parents met while dating someone else, to me it's not a problem and not a stalking issue but the problem with Jess is that 'she spent years stalking Jamie, first on social media to find out everything about him and everything he likes to do, while at the time he was in relationships with other women (not at the same time obviously), while he didn't know she existed because he probably would have followed on IG since 2015 and secondly Jess was following Matilda, Ruby and maybe Lily on IG because they were connected to Jamie, not because she found them interesting or for themselves and weidly when Jamie broke up with his ex girlfriends, she stopped following them on IG, I'm not sure this anom's parents went that far to attract the attention each other and for dating each other and thirdly no one knows exactly when Jess moved to Los Angeles and perhaps she moved there at the same time as Ruby and Jamie in 2019, for me she didn't dating with Jamie by chance, everything was calculated by Jess for years, she impatiently waited for Ruby and Jamie to break up to get her attention on IG and Twitter, to get into her life.

This woman wants to be famous without having to work hard, like all celebrities do every day and all day and she takes advantage of Jamie's kindness, wallet and fame to easily become famous herself.

Okay, but again...this is just conjecture and not based on any actual evidence. Matilda hasn't posted anything on Instagram in years, so Jess could have unfollowed her due to inactivity. But idk, it doesn't look like to me that she even ever paid attention to Ruby.

You can definitely think what you want about Jess's motives and how she got with Jamie. But it's very important to note that the actions that you're saying she carried out are not based on any verifiable fact.

Both of my parents were dating someone else when they first met and all 4 of them (my mom and her ex and my dad and his ex) know and are friends with one another. My mom broke up with her ex and my dad broke up with his ex because it simply didn’t work out, then they started dating each other.

Does that mean either one of my parents stalked the other according to the hate blog’s logic? 🥴

I guess that depends, did either of them also like any of the other ex's Instagram posts after meeting?!?!!111?!

The hate blog’s conspiracy theory about Jess having stalked Jamie and their “proving” their claim by showing a photo of her sitting behind Jamie and his at-that-time girlfriend at a fashion show (when they ALL work in the fashion industry) and her liking Jamie’s ex’s instagram photos of him and said ex when they were dating are so hilarious.

Like, I don’t know what’s more hilarious, the possibility of the hate blog genuinely thinking they DID something or the possibility of the hate blog genuinely believing that that was the proof that Jess stalked him.

Like, people date and people break up and sometimes people start dating someone else whom they’ve met or friends with before. It’s so very COMMON. They proved nothing. And they still haven’t yet provided any explanation as to why, if Jess really did stalk him, she didn’t jump in RIGHT AFTER Jamie broke up with that ex whom they claimed was also stalked by Jess when she (the ex) and Jamie dated. They haven’t yet provided any explanation as to why Jess waited until Jamie dated Lily and Ruby and broke up with them first. Like, if Jess really stalked him like how they claimed, why waited until he dated at least 2 other women first before she went ahead and dated him?

And they resorted to either outright rudeness or silence when people questioned them about this. They often responded rudely to any question that doesn’t agree with them, even though those questions they responded weren’t rude at all.

They’re so hateful that I genuinely feel sorry for them. Claiming they “aren’t obsessed” with Jess and then making conspiracy theories AND YouTube videos about her is just sad.

I'm baffled as well honestly that one picture of them all at an event is a red flag and it's spiraled into this idea of stalking lol. God forbid three people who all work in/around the fashion industry show up at the same event. And even more god forbid they like some photos on Instagram from these people. And even more absolute god forbid two of them start dating after meeting years prior. Like the stalking thing is just a wild assertion in general, but even more so when you look at the "proof" given to support that.

But you're so right about how if this was really Jess's plan all along, and it was her goal to swoop in and get with Jamie, she had plenty opportunity way before Ruby.... if she's that conniving and manipulative, if she was really "stalking" him, she could have jumped on him after breaking up with Matilda... not even given him a chance to get back with Lily or get with Ruby at all.

And yeah, I can't believe they're making YouTube videos about this again. Like I said, literally spending more time on Jess than she seems to think any "Jess stan" would. I guess that keeps them distracted from the people who do point out the holes in their plot. :)
