Gonna be vulnerable here for a sec. I have clinical depression and anxiety and I am very scared of this album. It hits me so hard in 2 ways.

1 having experienced some of these scary emotions

2. Feeling like a friend is experiencing these emotions (parasocial I know). But because I’ve felt what it feels like to truly not want to live anymore hearing someone you care about say they’ve experienced it too hurts.

I absolutely love this album, but it’s going to take a lot of time for me to be ok listening to it. Taylor you’ve written too close to home I fear
