Flexible web based solution that allowed a national telecommunications company to collect HR information.

Solution allowed the customer to build custom forms using a web based user interface. 

Submissions were stored in a database allowing for the production of HTML based reports.  Raw data was downloadable for further analysis and merging with applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. 

The customer enjoyed an ROI within the first month of using the solution.
