I can’t stand how high and mighty Alicent is acting here. What reason does Rhaenyra have to trust Alicent’s judgement? She knows that Alicent was the one who was constantly mocking her her sons and she wants her own to be heir to the throne so of course Alicent is going to take every opportunity to undermine Rhaenyra.
“Tell me, for the King’s suffering, did the maesters also prescribe the removal of Targaryen heraldry and the installation in its stead of various statues and stars?”

I think antis tend to fixate on Katara linking her mother's death to Zuko in "The Southern Raiders" because that's the stated reason that she can't forgive him, but it's important to remember that this is not the main reason, and never was. She feels personally betrayed by him because she was so ready to trust him in the caves, after he said he had lost his mother, too. She did not see him as someone who she would always hate because he is fire nation. She saw him as someone who was like her, and connected with him instantly over it. And this was before he'd even switched sides. Once he's no longer supporting the fire nation and after he proves himself to her in TSR, it would be ridiculous to insist that she still associates him with her mother's death.
The Dark Descent of Elizabeth Frankenstein is such a good book and Victor Frankenstein is so toxic and creepy in it. It is a book that I would really recommend if you want to see a classic story from the perspective of a different character than the protagonist.
Propaganda:
Victor and Elizabeth, The Dark Descent of Elizabeth Frankenstein: As a child, he didn’t want to be separated from Elizabeth even for school, and he didn’t react well to Henry kissing her. As an adult, he’s much worse, orchestrating her best friend Justine’s death not only for his experiments but because he was jealous of Elizabeth's love for her.
Hawa and Adam: Hawa is a sweet girl best friends with Rozy, Adam’s neighbor who rightly suspects him to be a serial killer. It’s implied that he genuinely grew to like Hawa in his own way, but initially sought to date her to antagonize Rozy further. The relationship moves quickly and he begins to isolate her from friends, especially Rozy.
