OF COURSE. IF ANYBODY IN THIS CITY WAS EVER FEELING ANY ANGST ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS LOOK AROUND THE CORNER AND KLAUS WOULD BE THERE. Kisa settles the child on her lap, allowing her to play with her necklace as a distraction as she talks to Hayley. "The man has a history of throwing temper tantrums so big he's decimated entire villages and daggers his family members regularly for daring to disagree with him I wouldn't look to Klaus for insight into good parenting."

She pauses, gauging the heaviness in her friends expression. " Or listen to anything he has to say about yours," in her opinion, Hayley put too much into her relationship with Klaus for how little he often gives in return, not that Kisa could blame her considering he is the father of her daughter.

"What did you argue about?"

The hybrid lifts her gaze, expression softening as she watches Kisa with her daughter. The other woman was so good with Hope. A breath fell from her lips at the lack of hesitation, relief filling her. Logically Haley knew she was a good mom, or she hoped she was anyway. But having it confirmed helped a bit.

She lifts a hand to tuck some hair behind her ear, “Sometimes it feels like no matter what I do, I’m doing something wrong…or someone disagrees with how things should be done.” She leaned back and smiled when Hope glanced at her, giving her daughter a little finger wave.

“Klaus and I got into an argument.” Hayley offered, it seemed that whenever they fought it always tended to linger with her more than when she fought with other people and the hybrid didn’t want to overanalyze why that was the case.

"UNLUCKY FOR YOU," from what she knows it's just as deadly to culebras, just not her, which she supposes she can attribute to the specificity of her creation. Another perk in what had been done to her. Kisa continues to walk, unbothered with her newly acquired company. He doesn't seem to want a fight like the wolves had, and if he did, well... he'd seen what she could do to a dozen wolves. Dark eyes cast momentarily in his direction as he asks after her identity. "How about you go first, seeing as you're the vampire out in the woods suspiciously close to where I was just attacked by a pack of wolves."

stench of blood hangs heavy in the night air and only grows stronger as stefan approaches the source. he catches sight of a figure walking away from the scene, eyes dart to the broken bodies; a slaughter had taken place only moments ago by how fresh blood smells. a jolt of brief panic races through the vampire's body, knowing that these werewolves had been under his supervision, on route to being turned into hybrids. he clenches his jaw and swallows thickly then proceeds to trail behind the stranger. "bitter? i wouldn't know. werewolf venom is deadly to vampires. i prefer not to take any chances." the reason why he's been brought into this mess in the first place. while the tone of his voice is calm, there's a discreet look of worry in his eyes. klaus wasn't going to be too happy about this. "who are you?" he asks cautiously, treading carefully after scoping out the carnage behind them.

"Stubborn old men really are a plight on this world," she mutters with distaste, the kind that curls her lip and hardens her dark gaze. "I could cleanse one more from it. You only have to ask."

HER HAIR CLINGS TO HER CHEST AND NECK, THE STRANDS WET AND STICKY, GETTING CAUGHT IN THE BLOOD THAT DRIPS OFF HER SKIN. She's covered in the stuff, no longer fresh enough that it feels warm against her, the night air cooling it as she trudges out of the forest, leaving the dismembered bodies behind without a backwards glance. Kisa doesn't make a move to acknowledged the company she now has in @vamptyr. Instead, she huffs as she brushes her hair back over her shoulder and swipes her tongue over her lips, blood coating the inside of her mouth thickly. It's out of habit more than anything and the wolf blood makes her grimace. "What is it about werewolves that makes them taste so bitter?"

Kisa leans back in her seat, crossing one leg over the other and giving @malka-lisitsa a shrug. "A thousand years. Give or take," it's strange, how often she doesn't feel nearly that old. How sometimes she feels no older than she was the day she had been turned into a culebra. Though, she supposes an existence spent locked away would stunt a person's growth, at least a little.
