The following sort of plays out like the introductory scene of a Criminal Minds episode or some suspense thriller, the result of my creatively sadistic mind at work”

           With that in mind, let’s picture this stud as the victim. The scenes are always set up the same way with him all alone involved in some activity in a house/garage/barn etc. Suddenly there is the sound of something breaking or a creaking in a darkened area of the building which should be unoccupied. Startled by the sound, he pops his head up, yelling hesitantly a nervous “Hello” in the direction of where the noise came from, to which no one responds.   Gathering his nerve, he walks slowly toward the room/area to investigate (creepy music in the background adding to the tension), summoning the courage to turn on the light which reveals a tipped over lamp with cat standing next to it looking up at him and giving a single “Meow”.  Visibly relieved he walks over to pick up the lamp as he gives some admonishing comment to the cat. Then as he stands and turns to go back to what he was working on, he is stopped dead in his tracks as a masked individual all clad in black stands before him, pointing a gun to his head with the camera focusing on the look of sheer terror on his face. Before he can even react, a second intruder grabs him from behind, pinning his arms behind his back.  Of course, at this point in every, the victim, thinking he’s being robbed, nervously gives the clichéd line “Take anything you want.  My wallet is in the living room, just take it, man” That’s when the intruder standing before him pulls out a rag and a bottle of chloroform from his jacket pocket.  The victim nervously watches him as he unscrews the cap and proceeds to soak the cloth with the contents saying, “It’s not your money that I want boy……. IT’S YOU!”.   The victim manages a few words of pleading protest “NO, NO WAIT MMMMPHFFF” before the chloroform-soaked rag is pressed over his nose and mouth, with the first whiff of the sickly-sweet fumes irritating his airway causing him to cough and choke.  The camera cuts between shots of his pretty eyes, now wide with panic, interspersed with shots of his futile struggle to break free of the second intruders firm grasp. The sound of his cowboy boots stomping and kicking the floor fill the room, along with his muffled cries for help. After few moments, the effects of the chloroform become apparent as the once panicked look in his eye, slowly transforms into a glazed over, unfocused, blank stare and his once strong kicks are now a clumsy shuffle.   The camera focuses of on his face, at the very moment his eyes roll back, and eyelids flutter close as he is rendered unconscious, slumped in the arms of his abductor.  He’s quickly bound, gagged, and tossed over the shoulder of one of kidnappers to be carried off and…….

Well, I’ll leave that part of the story for you to come up with, THE END!
