Being a girl is: wanting to go to bed early but deciding to just get on tumblr/wattpad/Ao3 for a little bit and then end up finding a fic series that you really like and read until well past your usual bedtime then keeping on because it’s already past your bedtime. Then being mad when you wake up in the morning because you overslept your timer.

- We saw pregnant women in Gaza give birth with no anesthesia & no hygiene.

- We saw women in Gaza using tent scraps in place of period products.

- We saw women in Gaza pulled out of the rubble of their homes.

- We saw women in Gaza rushing to the hospitals with the bodies of their children with the hope of saving them.

- We saw women in Gaza suffering miscarriages due to indiscriminate bombardment.

- We saw women in Gaza starving yet feeding their portions of food to their children.

- We saw women in Gaza coming out and communicating the trauma, horror and violence they went through.

- We saw Israeli soldiers celebrating with the lingerie of women of Gaza who were either displaced or killed by them.

what will it take for israel to be held accountable? palestinian suffering is treated as insignificant due to the useless people in power in the govt and media thanks to the constant dehumanisation of them, they have murdered citizens of other nationalities, they bomb lebanon and syria, this was never about hamas this is always greed and trying to eradicate generations and bloodlines that have existed for centuries and it’s frustrating to receive radio silence and stupid, stupid false empathy. these politicians are making empty promises and borderline NOTE app apologies

these people just wanted to get food for their families, something as basic as flour, one of the things that the very core of humanity is built on, and israel used it as a trap to murder them in cold blood

evil is not enough of a word. there is not a word to describe what they are doing to palestine. they are bleeding her out, they are torturing her and crushing her and hoping that nothing is left to remember her by when they are done. how can anyone stand and watch what is being done with indifference? how can you watch this level of human suffering, this crime against life and feel nothing, do nothing
