hey guys!! weee I hate doing this but my home life has been getting progressively worse since I turned 18 I’ve had a few stints with my mom that ended in me being kicked out but I’ve been forced to come back every time. I have a few friends in San Diego with the magazine I work at who I can go stay with for a bit which would be really good for my career and helping me get away from my home life for good so that I can move out there after this last year of school & be close to my girlfriend. I don’t really have the money to do this myself and though they’ve offered to pitch in to get me there, I still need to come up with some on my own

I just had to pay for my summer classes out of pocket, and it was my entire stimulus check that I was saving to pay off student loans for the main school year

I’m working while also doing these classes, but I feel very panicked to have loans coming up again in August without this $$$ to help pay for them. Especially since my rear brakes are also starting to sound strained. I’m set to get my bachelors degree in December and then immediately beginning work on my masters in January, so i’m not catching a break anytime soon.

I don’t expect donations to repay everything I spent today, but a few bucks here and there to help cover food and gas and brakes while I save for school would mean everything to me. Annoyed by the maid’s 5 years old son crying when his mum left for a bit to walk her employer’s dog, the woman, Sari Corte Leal, left him in the elevator alone. Sari Corte was the one who pressed the button to a higher floor, (they were in the 5th) but he randomly pressed the 7th and the 9th later. he left the lift in the 9th (the only floor that didn’t have protection). miguel fell, and died. she paid a $4K (20,000 reais)  bail and is free. she’s married to the mayor.

*EMERGENCY FUNDS  FOR QUEER TRANS BIPOC COUPLE SEEKING SAFE HOUSING*

Hello everyone, my partner is in a time sensitive situation, we need emergency funds to move my girlfriend out of their abuse situation as soon as possible, hopefully by late july-august  my partner @honeybearbutch​ has faced transmisogynistic, homophobic and ableistic abuse from their family members for years, and recently their parents revealed that they had more far right leaning views/values than previously thought. Their living environment has always been dangerous with threats and actions of physical violence against them previously  but it has come increasingly unsafe for them to live there over the past few months

ive faced unstable housing, cyclical homelessness and poverty my entire life, last year I was assaulted and kicked out of my home, eventhough i currently have a room/shelter over the past year I have not been able to heal and thus my mental health and physical disability have degraded and now even more so with the stress of losing my insurance, so now I am paying for meds out of pocket and due to covid i was temporarily  laid off with no idea when we will get our jobs back, or if I can even go back due to my immunocompromised body so my income is almost $0. my partner was forced to quit by their family, and before covid we were already planning to move in together in much cheaper state, but for fear of my partners safety they must come to me. the rent in this sate is exorbitant and what we had saved to move wont even cover 1 months rent + deposit, let alone furnishings food and moving costs. we have looked at listings for several places that will work for both of us and are singling them down, making supply lists and figuring out how much everything in total is going to cost and it is looking well beyond 10K, we dont even have 1/3rd of that combined we are in the process of making a gofundme and will provide a link later, but now we are taking individual donations to buy things that are immediate needs for them, including the flight, the airbnb, and food for two weeks so they can self isolate when the arrive here and all of that currently totals $2,900
