Bless Stardew Valley 1.6 for allowing me to finally fulfil my dream of adopting both a dog and a cat in the game.

I use Elle's Dog and Cat Replacements mods to turn Weiyun's dog and cat into a Dachshund and a black cat respectively.

Stardew Valley 1.6 made me play the game again. This time I also started using mods that I had not used before, including Free Love (albeit the unofficial update version since the original version is not compatible with 1.6). This mod allows Weiyun to have Krobus as a housemate, although she has already married Maru. I have always loved Krobus and wish we could still invite Krobus to be our housemate even if we already married a townsfolk.

Since I am using Free Love, I also decide to make Weiyun date and eventually marry Leah as well. Originally, I created a new farmer to romance Leah, but I still end up playing Weiyun's save instead when I return to Stardew Valley.

Also, shoutout to the Platonic Relationships mod for allowing players to reach 10 hearts with everyone without dating everyone, so I had managed to raise the marriage candidates relationship levels higher than 8 with, including Leah, without giving them a bouquet. This mod pairs well with the Platonic Partners and Friendships mod, which allows players to have platonic versions of the 10-heart scenes with the marriage candidates.
