i can only fast for 16 hours today because i am going to workout then at 2:15 i have my vaccine so im going to end my fast at 2:00 with something small so i won’t pass out lol,
im still doing the ait diet so im on 750 calories today, i am gonna workout so im thinking it’ll be under 500!!

80 Calorie Pancake Recipe~✨💛
Y’all ain’t even READY FOR THIS….
Here’s the ingredients:
ÂĽ tsp baking powder - 0cal
ÂĽ tsp salt - 0cal
2 tbsp flour - 50cal (the one I use is all purpose and 25cal per tbsp)
3 tbsp egg whites - 25cal (I use egg beaters but you can choose to use whatever you want)
A couple packets of a 0cal sweetener - 0cal
1 tbsp Mrs. Butterworths sugar free syrup - 5cal
^^(THIS SYRUP IS A BLESSING, it’s 20cal for ¼ cup but I only used a tbsp so the calories are SUPER LOW💕)
Directions:
Heat up a pan of your choosing, doesn’t really matter the size.
Measure out your ingredients and put them into a bowl.
Mix your ingredients, I prefer to use a rubber spatula over a whisk because I can scrape off the ingredients that like to stick to the bowl.
Use water, 0cal cooking spray, or whatever you like to make sure your pancakes don’t get stuck to the pan.
Put some batter in the pan and YOU’RE COOKING, BABY
With this recipe, I made 3 pancakes of a satisfying size so don’t fear 🙌
Once you’ve finished cooking all your pancakes, add your syrup and BOOM!!! BREAKFAST~~

THIS ENTIRE PLATE IS 80 CALORIES. IM SERIOUS. WHOLE BREAKFAST. 80 CALORIES. YOU CAN EVEN ADD SOME FRUIT TO MAKE IT MORE INTERESTING.
I love this recipe so much because even on bad days I can cook up an easy satisfying breakfast without making myself want to cry because of the calories. Hopefully you guys like it too, stay safe and happy cooking!! ✨💕

lunch: hummus (130 calories) + 100g carrots (41 calories)
dinner: roast beef + potatoes (340 calories)
snacks: 3tbsp hummus (90 calories) + 50g tostito chips
exercise: an hour of stairs (-452 calories)
food intake: (1064 calories)
total intake: (612 calories)

I weighed myself today lol I want to die I’ll let y’all know how much I weigh next time I weigh myself but imma keep it to myself this time LMAOO.
anyways I fasted for 16 hours, i did 35 minutes of stairs (-451 calories) broke my fast at 4pm with exactly 305 calories worth of crackers and cheese.
dinner:
4 breton crackers (120cal)
3 pieces of salami (75cal)
cheese (110cal)

Seen this fast long before it became absolutely necessary for me to do it. Doing this now is my own intervention.
I just finished day 1. I’ve been drinking tea, black coffee, Diet Coke and matcha tea with 0cal vanilla syrup (everybody needs this).
Diet pills helped me suppress the hunger in case someone is trying to go for this fast (couldn’t do without)

I am starting this diet again bc I lost so much weight in a very shirt amount of time during it a few months ago.0
I'll also start usimg my SmartFit again.
And also stopping being vegan bc my sister and mother are hella annoying- ddjekifnf (probably, I am not sure yet)
However; I think I'll also keep y'all updated on it. So like, I'll be leading a diet diary. I am just not sure if I should do it on Tumblr or in my journal tho
