enough. poem
Enough. Poem by Linda J Wolff... Philosophy & Self-Awareness Poetry, A word-by-word directive on how to learn the pursuit of happiness.
and I leave traces of myself like carvings etched in stone and think it’s enough, when I can see beyond a horizon and know there’s more,
more in knowing that on the other side of the sun is darkness in need of light and hope.

Dwelling. Poem
Dwelling. Poem by Linda J Wolff... Loneliness can be a container and a teenager lost trying to find herself.
On an unused train track, sat an old, red caboose, desolate. Sad of emptiness, cheerless, cold, and calamity contained it.
An orphaned teenager dread-locked in fear, abandoned, fell into a state of deprivation, free from restraint, and guidance searching for a hole in the world to fall into and hide.
she walked the rails recklessly and broken consciously avoiding smiling and laughing faces, yielding…

Chivalry. Poem by LINDA J WOLFF... True romance is not created by white knights with shiny armor, but, by those gallant men who yield to chivalry.

Emerge. Poem by Linda J Wolff...
I now see my life an open shiny white textured canvas and I could do and write anything I want.
I will plant seeds in the visual of words and let poems grow like spring blooms.

Draw Into. Poem
Draw Into. Poem by Linda J Wolff... Know of your breath and the pause you must take in it to heal yourself from the inside out.
Know of your breath and the pause you must take in it to heal yourself from the inside out.
Inhale deeply until you know I’ll find you, I am the next breath and warm embrace waiting when you’ve become lost in the darkness, I am the laughter filling shadows with sunlight, I am minutes and moments away from you now…

A Mind's Cavern
A Mind's Cavern. Poem by Linda J Wolff... Deep within there's light, and shadows become friend.
Deep within there’s light, and shadows become friend.
Walkthrough the cavern, to the opening of your mind, immerse yourself.
swim in the choppy waves and drown, swallow enough saltwater so you know of bitterness, if getting wet and bitter isn’t appealing, maybe
You can explore a shoreline of possibilities of healing and feeling an ocean’s breeze tempt, whispering of change.
A gray sky isn’t blind, it…

Her Final Outcome. Poem
Her Final Outcome. Poem by Linda J Wolff... A poem about " Inevitable is the belief of destiny if change doesn't take place."
Inevitable is the belief of destiny if change doesn’t take place.
Under the starlit dress of the night sadness disguised behind brown eyes she wanders into blankness, a renewing numbness.
Thoughts immersed inside shadows. And yesterday drenched in naked truths. Bare was the dashes of realism uncovered and exposed. And Bleeding.
How can she dismiss what’s there? How can she erase the past? Yet, here she…

Readily Open. Poem by Linda J Wolff... Do we know of love and the capabilities of perceiving it?
Do we know of love and the capabilities of perceiving it?
Tangible is a gift…or a value of time, where you hold moments palpable identified as a memory…of a manifest.
Capture, capture it, again, and contain it like moisture on the inside of a window everything spontaneous, everything fleeting. See, I know of missing you, of emptying when you must go home yet, attraction, of feeling alive or felt easil…

Yielding to the Sun. Poem
Yielding to the Sun. Poem by Linda J Wolff... She's a flexible branch without convictions to love. Adaptive to change.
She’s a flexible branch without convictions to love. Adaptive to change. Yielding to the Sun
Under gray skies, I long for you. I swear, I can see our words, our love inscribed on a canvas. Painted of spring.
I listen, and even the songbirds are singing our lovesong.
Your soul felt me, and this was deep to me. Kinship is depth into oblivion, a refusal to acknowledge to walk away.
I spoke with you

Warm. Poem
Warm. Poem by Linda J Wolff... A love poem. Of all this distance, I can still feel your presence.
Of all this distance, I can still feel your presence.
A May morning and I’ll watch it slowly wake me. Stirring words like perfumed treasures where love rises like a sun and warms.
How beautiful to be saturated in emotion, we cannot control. I know, as your soul touches mine in the distance between us.

Self Notation. Poem by Linda J Wolff... She's an instance of the processing; she's a representation of the character.
She’s an instance of the processing; she’s a representation of the character.
Tumblr media
She’s a broken-winged bird. Pulling strength into an air stream that conjures aspirations, gliding, soaring, swooping into her soul, a soul she knows how to heal,
Her heartaches, a compilation of rebirths, molten feathers of scars, dead tears, pieces, torn skin, scarred to her ribcage, and feeling the texture of each pain.

Limits Only Exist in the Mind
Limits Only Exist in the Mind. Poem by Linda J Wolff... To stand in the way of yourself is to impede one's self of greatness.
To stand in the way of yourself is to impede one’s self of greatness.
To discharge, to flash, and move from an atmosphere without loss of oneself, one must weather.
The suddenness of whiplash, words cut through and through. And I move with speed internally, from this assault of place and time.
I am not bound to its energy, and its depth of cruelty, but also changed me to an output of my mentality,

In reality, weed killer, like poisons, she knew their words could rot at the core of her stem, tear at the fragrance emitted from within, but hybernated roots don’t know of them.

Unfolding. Micro-Poetry
Unfolding. Micro-Poetry by Linda J Wolff... What makes us capable of healing?
What makes us capable of healing?
Tumblr media
Her eyes sometimes blind, dismissing reality, erasing words that cut deep enough to rain. And her soul like soil seeds again, sprouting, curling around the parts of her, sturdy and flowering.
