On this Voltron Season Eight Eve I would like to share some predictions:

- no main characters will die (I’m pretty confident in this; side characters, however, might be out of luck)

- voltron will be destroyed in the final battle

- Shiro is going to save Keith this time

- Allura 1v1s Honerva (and kicks her ass)

- if voltron is not destroyed, it will end on a hopeful note and the paladins will continue to defend the universe

- more of Shiro and the white lion (seriously what is up with that)

- Keith and Shiro have some kind of talk about the clone fight (this is more of an “I hope this happens” than a prediction ngl)

- both Keith and Shiro finally get to particiate in a comic relief episode and have fun rather than only one of them

- more Lance and Allura development

- the ending will feel satisfying (and if not, we may get an epilogue movie or something like a few series have done)

- did I mention that I don’t think anyone is gonna die because I’m pretty sure no one is dying

- I’d say there’s a 50/50 chance of explicit sheith vs implicit sheith but implicit is probably the case if at all

To conclude: yeehaw motherfuckers let’s get ready for a wild fucking ride

Charities/organisations to avoid:

PETA: They’d rather spend their money on publicity campaigns than on the animals in their care. PETA killed 73.8% of the animals in their care in 2015 (x)

FCKH8: Is a for-profit company that exploits oppressed groups for money. They’re also wildly uninformed, and spread misogyny, cissexism and bi/panphobia, as well as stealing their posts/designs (x)

Autism Speaks: They spend most of their money on researching a way to eliminate autism, heighten the stigma against autism and don’t have a single autistic person on their board (x)

Please support other, better charities, and feel free to add any others you can think of to this.

Sheith fandom shared contact list

hey fam! 

since tumblr shot itself in the face, someone in the captain america fandom started a fandom-wide spreedsheet so people could easily find their favorite blogs on other social media sites. I figured it was a good idea, so I did one for sheith. 

please everyone feel free to list all your alternate contact accounts (pillowfort, twitter, discord…) and share across the fandom!

From someone who’s survived MySpace, livejournal, deviantart, and fanfiction.nets’ content purges and bad policy updates, here’s some advice on how to get through tumblr’s recent bullshit:

- don’t knee jerk delete. I know it’s tempting to peace out immediately but hang on and do the other steps first. Out right ghosting and erasing everything is how fandoms die.

- archive everything on your blog you want to keep

- tell your followers how they can archive and keep your work too. A lot of fic and art were only saved from ff.net and lj because other people saved it first. If you’re cool with other people saving your work for them to personally keep, let them know this. You can absolutely discourage reposting but I really do highly recommend you allow people to personally save fic and art they like and are worried will disappear forever. Digital Dark Ages are a real thing.

- tell people where you’re jumping ship to. Give links. Keep that info up, even if you’ve left the site.

- go through who you follow and find out where else you can follow them. Save their work if they’ll allow it. It’s tedious as hell but if you want to keep up with people on here clicking on their page to check in is the best way to do it.

- support places like ao3. This is exactly why ao3 asks for donations a few times a year. They are a 100% anti-purging, judgement free, ad free non profit run by an elected board and protected by lawyers. Places like ao3 literally save fandom so please continue to support them and other similar archives. This is exactly why ao3 is so important.
