Marinated Greek Lemon Chicken
Marinade Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh lemon zest
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
1 tsp. poultry seasoning 
1 tsp. dried oregano
sprinkle of pepper
Instructions:
1. Trim all visible fat from chicken breast (boneless)
2. Make 3 slits (not to deep) in the chicken to help the marinade get absorbed, place in ziplock bag
3. Combine all marinade ingredients in mixing bowl. Once mixed pour over chicken. Marinade in refrigerator 6-8 hours (If you cannot marinate for that long add 2-3 more freshly squeezed lemons)
4. Place chicken on grill with the slits down and cook for about 4 minutes or until grill marks show. Then flip and repeat until chicken is fully cooked.
My notes:
When I made the marinade I did not have poultry seasoning so instead I used all purpose seasoning.  
I only had about 4 hours for my chicken to marinate and adding 3 more lemons were perfect.
I also cooked my chicken on a George Forman I did how every have to empty the grease try a few times.
Also leftovers of this chicken go great on a salad so maybe make a few more than your serving.
