I’m making Social Group townies for my BACC and it’s so fun, I don’t know why most of the Sims 2 community is against them. You get to make little gangs to roam around your hood. They do special greetings that add some variety. You can experience the drama of making a goth Sim who ends up only throwing triple bolts with Jocks

4t2 My First Pet : Book Fair Bear

As requested by @swishbishbosch. 2 subsets (bookcase+books & pet frame). 10 slots. Costs 325$. 657 polys. Works as a bookcase. All textures merged with the mesh.

It's not Nutty's conversion as the mesh file had, among other things, the mesh and the texture duplicated for a reason I don't understand, so it was easier for me to create a new, clean file, instead of trying to understand what to do with Nutty's. But I reused the mesh, textures, and the GUID (so you can't have both but why would you want both ?)

A simple hand statue + a repo'd mirrored version. 3D model by Gonsaku. 278 polys. Costs 425$. Proper OFB shelves dimensions. Original gold color + 3 recolors merged with the master mesh (if you don't like the grey, red, and green colors, blame my 4 years old nephew : he's the one who played with cursors on photoshop 😁) (but I think he did a great job)

It’s been 8 days since I’m sick at home, and will stay at home for the next 3 days at least, so if you have any idea of what to convert and / or fix, please do in the comments (please avoid DMs because I need everything to be at the same place, otherwise I might feel overwhelmed).

Idk, this sounds kind of silly, but I like it when people embrace the raunchiness of the early Sims games. The 2000s had a really unique culture, where raunchiness was acceptable and even encouraged (for the most part).

So it's a shame that TS4 has been scrubbed clean of any risqué content and even removed burglars, ffs. This seems to be ever more prevalent in modern media, where people are pushing for safe content. However, I think that this takes away a part of the Sims' identity. The Sims has always been a little edgy, and that's part of what made it so fun and popular, and why I personally love TS2 and it’s community.

Now this isn’t to say that I agree with everything in the series. There is some problematic content that is best to be left in the past, and that’s reasonable. But I’m sorry, these games were never intended for children. It was always T+, and let me tell you, teenagers are not. fucking. stupid. I feel like ts4 is so condescending it’s funny.
