FINALLY THE LONG AWAITED GOODWOODLEWDBOOK IS READY FOR PRINTING

So in case you haven’t known, this one Thirsty Binch™ drew too much of IronwoodxGlynda shit to the point they can actually be compiled into a book. Now that one of Indonesia’s biggest doujin market event is approaching, I thought, why not actually compile it into an actual book.

Thus an unofficial RWBY fanbook filled with cute, lewd, colorful pictures celebrating my love for this ship… And their love for each other, as I’d like to believe with a hilariously misleading title that makes fans thought this must be a B M B L B fanbook. It features illustrations you have seen before in my blog… And the ones you haven’t ;)

Who the heck ship this ship and who the heck watches RWBY in this hell of an archipelago, I don’t care. Imma bring it to COMIC FRONTIER 10 at Balai Kartini, Jakarta, this weekend for 150k at IDR. Pre-orders are open as of today.

But don’t worry, I open pre-order for printed ones internationally too. It’s going to be A5 sized, 31 pages (mostly colored illustration) on art paper for $15. But do mind there is also shipping charges depending on the destination.

We will also sell a hi-res digital version on Gumroad for $6, which will be up soon. I will update with the release date.

Who hogs the duvet James is pretty large and strong so, it’s natural that he is the one who hogs the duvet… but he always remember to give Glynda good cuddles when needed ☺

Who gets up first in the morningThese two are morning people. James built the habit since he’s in the military and Glynda is a person who sticks to routine and schedule. They usually wake up at the same time, only a few minutes apart. But when they actually get out of bed, that depends, if you know what I mean 😉😉

Who suggests new things in bedThey both do. They’re very communicative about what they want from each other ❤

Who cries at moviesGlynda. She just doesn’t wanna admit or show people that she does. She’s pretty comfortable to shed tears if it’s with James, but even that she constantly denies that she is affected by the movie.

Who gives unprompted massagesJames. Glynda purrs when he does it.

Who fusses over the other when they’re sickGlynda worries, but she’s pretty good at managing things. But James? He’s very extra when Glynda is sick.

Who gets jealous easiestGlynda. James isn’t really worried about this since Glynda is kinda cold and dismissive to suitors in nature and he’s 180% knows, more than Glynda wants to admit, that she only wants/loves him. But people of all gender, shape, and age would KILL to have a night with General Ironwood. Glynda knows this full well so she tends to go tsun+protective. He only wants/loves her too of course and is flattered whenever she goes to jealous mode; “SHE LOVES ME!!!!! ☺☺☺❤"

Who has the most embarrassing taste in music Glynda. She’ll kill you if you find out.

Who collects something unusualProbably James. He loves to tinker with things.

Who takes the longest to get ready…I would say Glynda but given James is a military man and everything has to be pristine and tucked in the right angles, I bet they both take some time to get ready.

Who is the most tidy and organisedThey both do.

Who gets most excited about the holidaysThey’re always excited for holidays because FINALLY.

Who is the big spoon/little spoonIt’s usually James the big spoon and Glynda the little spoon. Glynda actually loves being cuddled and spoiled. But occasionally they do switch.

Who gets most competitive when playing games and/or sportsGlynda. James loves the challenge so he always goes along with her competitiveness.

Who starts the most arguments As canon suggests, Glynda doesn’t hold back with her opinions. James is stubborn but is the calmer one when they argue.

Who suggests that they buy a petJames. I always imagine they may adopt a cat if they live together.

What couple traditions they haveThey stay at each other’s Kingdom during semester breaks. Sometimes Atlas, sometimes Vale. But if the condition allows them, they go on a vacation, but they aren’t too lucky with it. So staying together during semester breaks is enough.

What tv shows they watch togetherThey might watch the current hit shows, but they always give snark/sarcastic commentaries as they watch it.

What other couple they hang out withOzqrow, duh. Mostly for work. But they get so used to this, it goes beyond work. Remnant’s champions of the worst double date.

How they spend time together as a coupleThey’re surprisingly very…. domestic… and stable, obviously. They wake up, they work, sometimes bring work home and do it together while watching TV. They gossip about students and co-workers. They go on dates, plan things. It’s pretty usual. I think it’s their dynamic that makes it interesting. He loves to tease her, is very corny about it, and always eager to please her. She’s mostly deredere when they’re alone together but is continuously witty and it amuses him. Honestly, if they don’t carry so much burden like the way they do in the show, I always imagine they would be the chillest, steadiest couple that ever exists. They bicker at times but mature enough to understand each other’s points and not stretch it. They clearly respect each other a lot and their deep admiration towards each other add up to the romantic feelings they have for each other. Dang, I just… wow. Wow. I mean, even in canon, when she disagrees with him at work? She cares for him anyway. He remains enamored to her. IMAGINE if they don’t have to help Ozpin, run a school, the military and all that.

Who made the first moveThey both are very initiative. They know when they want the other and they’re sure they gon’ get it.

Who brings flowers homeOh, James, definitely.

Who is the best cookI imagine James is usually the cook while Glynda does the cleaning in the kitchen, so I think it’s James.

The Confederate Revolving Cannon,

An interesting artillery piece, the Pate Revolving Cannon was a pretty much like a large cap and ball revolver.  With a five shot cylinder and a two inch bore, the cannon was invented and built by attorney Henry Clay Pate during the American Civil War to aid the Confederacy.  It was fired using striker fired percussion caps and the cylinder was turned with the used of a ratchet lever.

The Pate cannon saw limited use at the siege of Petersburg.  On April 27th, 1865 it was captured by Union troops in Danville, Virginia and sent to the Army Ordnance laboratory at West Point for study. After that it’s fate is unknown.

I spent yesterday at the Castillo de San Marco in St. Augustine, FL doing research for my historical archaeology paper on the Castillo. I love St. Augustine and would highly recommend it as a place to visit if you’re ever in Florida!
