Last Of The Ancients (chapter 1)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ameas has drifted into eons of depression after being exiled for showcasing tools capable of taking down immortals. Unsuccessful and unable to get his life off the ground Themia has travelled long distances to reach the primordial titan, bringing with her a rich gift capable of elemental infusion in hopes to grant Ameas with purpose once more. However the primordial titan has the worst opinion of Themia due to her rapacious relationship with a self proclaimed prophet. Despite his knowledge on the eladonian, and his incomplete purpose, might the titan be opposed to negotiation?

“My name is Themia, I was born by ones who created the goddess of inspiration, and blessed me with great purpose. Surely it is an honor to meet the primordial titan! Long have I sought one such as yourself, the one with a glorious gift to forge, and an unfathomable archive of knowledge. Ameas, my comrades life weighs upon me, terrible parisites consume him, and he can no longer navigate on his own. Wise one, I seek your aid.”

He sits in silence....

(Ameas) “Dearest great one, I remain prisoner to this eternal domain. My purpose is lost and I only wished to be reunited with my wife once more. Surely you realize my suffering, yet you bring me this ignorant soul?”
Tumblr media
“That brother of yours, are aware of what became of him? Or could you not care any less? It’s beyond my concern really, besides you fools are no different from each other. Go on, traverse beyond the unknown, trust in forbidden knowledge, for it will lead to your own sacrifice. Sigh …I only wish to be reunited with Ghiyada, she is the only one who can set me free though I doubt she’s even…Humph! Enough with you! I am of no help to a misguided Eladonain!”
Tumblr media
“(Themia )I am sorry to burden you with talk of my comrades fate. The more I’ve listened, the more I understand . Loss, isolation, dispair, these emotions consume your mind which led to an aweful state and such punishment has caused this affliction. Loss of purpose is the loss of ones self, you’ve had quite the struggle, and deserve your freedom, no less.
(Ameas) Are you pretending to be deaf? I told you I dont deal with your, ugh! Fine! at the very least you are a persistent so I suppose I can give it a second thought. That brother of yours has kept me bound to this domain for generations, no better punishment than to imprison one capable of creating tools to overthrow a god eh? I completed my journey eons ago  but whoda thought that rotten scoundrel would become a great one? I created weapons, and medicine for the Uvarian's and you know what that means? Those benevolent gaurdians would tear apart powerful beings who would dare test the true great ones of Gemma but the Uvarian's were corrupted, I suppose some of them are warding off any from reaching these parts. To my suprise Ghiyada lives still, she slumbers, and though fate has kept us apart, her voice still rings in my thoughts. Hmm, I have a favor to ask of you, these filthy parasites you speak of, they are known as  Zulfias, I will create potions capable of restoring all inflcted. Just bring Ghiyada to me. Reawaken the titan and remind her of the purpose she once promised to uphold, it is the most one can do for me”
Tumblr media
(Themia) “The rumors of my brother, I feared they would be true, but there is scarce room in my heart for Commundus. When the Eladonains mattered most my brother deseperately betrayed our colony, in exchange he sought forbidden knowledge. What followed only brought us misery, I lost everything, and though we denied death, Eladonian corposes still rot on our backs.  I have much to preserve as a passionate saint, glory to the Eladonians, and loyalty to the goddess of inspiration! I will do what I must to focus on my purpose.”
(Ameas) “Very well, make your way upon the eastern border of Astrea to the kingdom of Xaos, a warped domain surrounded by fragments of the old order. I await your return, should you completely succeed, well a primoridal titan never goes back on his promises. In the meantime I’ll begin my work. Keep this, as oblivous as she may seem it will remind Ghiyada, i’m still around.”

Don't spend your whole life on this journey.. remember...you have purpose back home..

Primordial titans (lore) Within the darkest reccesses deep below Astrea lies a room full of dead primordial titans. They were known as a vessel race endowed with prophetic knowledge of great ones and sought to drive off those who made it into the tombs. Their appearances were that of ceramic statues covered in robes with the gigantic proportions. As time passed the primordial titans slowly perished. The last living fled to the surface in desperate need of replacements however he remains seduced and enslaved by the will of Commundus.

The Eladonian’s Lore
The Eladonian’s were descendants of one of the first races to appear within the island of Astrea known as Veldarian’s. They consisted of servants, priests, warriors, and one in authority. Lean and elegant, Eladonians were known to be extremely fast, and well spoken. Light metallic armor covered most of their bodies and they wore large Kanohi’s giving them an Alien-like appearance. They settled in the outskirts of the island and discovered a strange crystal-like substance (supposedly remains of a great one) in which they would use to create their god in the form a living statue known as Seltiast. The statue brought great prosperity while encouraging equal measure between male, and female beings. Those who wished to visit the god were requested to serve Seltiast by placing the best goods they bared under the statue. For many years wealth and good fortunes blessed this prosperous race until one day half of the tribe became aligned with a self-proclaimed prophet known as Commundus. The brother of Themia believing he had pact with gods persuaded the tribe that it was his job to set new order. Though Commundus captivated many with his voice several turned on him in disbelief engaging in intense conflicts which led to the mass execution of their enitre tribe.
