          All was right in this harsh, cruel world whenever Simon was by his side. That determined smile was enough to push Kamina in the right direction every time he saw it. It never failed to remind him just what he fought for. The universe was hardly ever on the man's side, but it did good this time around; the world's most powerful, manly pilots were side by side once again! ❝ TOOK THE WORDS RIGHT OUT OF MY MOUTH, BLOOD BROTHER! ❞

          Ecstatic by Simon's muse, Kamina's grin widened that much more, each fang bared. It relieved him that the resolve he sought so hard to teach the boy at long last came so naturally, like a second nature way of thinking. ❝ Remember Simon: no matter where the waves of life rock us, the blistering flame of Team Dai Gurren will always burn in our hearts!! ❞

Normally, any sane and reasonable person would’ve freaked out at the sight of his bull of a brother charging at them at speeds well beyond reason... It's not a request. Wolfwood has already pulled up a seat and slammed his elbow to Kamina's table. Glasses rattle. His hand waits to be groped. He's already five shots 'a whisky down and high on its liquid courage; a wobbly mess of a man that knows a fellow idiot when he sees one.

          The sudden jangling of glasses startled the man as they practically bounced on the table, some landing back on their round base and some falling onto the floor. What's that? A CHALLENGE?! The punisher needn't say more; Kamina was already on board.  ❝ Y-yew hic picked a great day to die, guy!! And a funny hic way to do it! ❞

                    ❝ Wanna know what happened to the hic last guy who dare challenge THE MIGHTY ME?! Let's jus' say he'll hic never hold 'nother glass ever again. ❞

          Kamina slammed his rear end down upon the spare barstool ( with such force, a leg cracked. ) Unfortunately for Nicholas, Kamina's dominant arm was his opponent. The tipsy swordsman adorned a cocky grin, tickled by the fact that the fates hate the gunslinger so much, they sat him at the losing side of the table. As flushed in the cheeks as he already was, a few drinks wasn't enough to stray Kamina off the path to victory.

Looks like Kamina was the same energetic spirit he always was. Even so, Simon was genuinely happy to see his bro around. Thing are always WAY too quiet without him. Even if he did like the quietness at times, nothing could beat his bro’s ability to make every day feel like an adventure.

It’s felt like a FUCK ton of moons since the paragon last saw his soul brother. He still looked the same, in height and demeanor. How many times did Kamina have to tell him not to lower his voice or hide in his coat collar like that? Tsk tsk tsk. Guess he would have to roar it to him another billionth time!

Waltzing his way toward the digger, the man spoke proudly.  ❝  Come on, Simon.
