I'm faced with situations like this one on any given day while enroute to meeting​ a Lyft rider. The rider thinks that if it takes longer than 5 minutes for the Lyft driver to arrive, they will be charged the $10 fee. That fee applies when the rider has their Lyft driver waiting for 5 minutes AFTER THE LYFT DRIVER ARRIVES AT THE PICK-UP LOCATION! I'VE LOST A LOT OF GOOD FARES BASED ON THIS CONFUSION!
