wanted plots

some of these plots may have similarities with existing movies and other form of arts and literature. there are cliches, but rest assured that they have a good plot twist. (or you can just modify the plot twist.)

ANGST

* (domestic) muse a and muse b are husband and wife, but muse a gets into an accident, hence forgetting her memories. when she wakes up from a comatose, she doesn’t remember anything, including her feelings towards muse b. despite that, muse b still takes care of her. she gets a flashback of muse c; feeling a spark. muse a and muse b become distant because of this. muse a wants to know about their past but muse b doesn’t tell muse a about their past (because doctor’s advice: if he tells her everything all at once, it’d be bad for her head.) muse c re-appears in muse a’s life and wants her back. muse a is confused by muse c’s re-apparance, but she’s married and is confused about her feelings towards muse b. she runs away to avoid the confusion. however, for unknown reasons, muse a gets drawn towards a place–an island which, unbeknownst to her, is the place where she first met muse b. her memories are triggered and muse b finds her there. muse b tells her about their past before the accident: how they met, the miscarriage of their first child, etc. 

* (domestic/office setting) muse a is crazy about muse b. it’s the graduation party, and muse a wants to give muse b something and promises that she’ll leave him afterwards: a one night stand. muse b agrees reluctantly. afterwards, they separate ways, and during their separation, muse b realizes he’s in love with muse a after all. few years later, they meet again. however, muse a isn’t the same person anymore. muse b makes advances towards her but she’s cold. unbeknownst to muse b, muse a has a kid from him. 

* (modern) muse a has everything. a perfect life – perfect family, perfect fiancee, and everything at his disposal. he meets muse b–a person full of imperfection–in a bar, and somehow feeling a connection, they end up having a one night stand. when they meet again, muse a’s perfect world shatters. 

* (modern/domestic) muse a runs away from her family, not wanting to become the heir of their company. she meets muse b–who seems to hold a lot of secrets–and he decides to take her in. muse a and muse b get along well and fall in-love. muse b’s secret, however, gets revealed: he’s an escort. unbeknownst to them, muse a’s parents have her tracked. muse a’s father–a powerful man–kidnapped muse b and got him beat up. rushed in the hospital, muse a struggles with money, however, her father offers her to pay all the bills as long as she returns and marries her supposed fiance. they met again years later, with muse a married. on the other hand, muse b is successful in life. they meet again and start an affair, but muse b feels bitter for what she’s done, hence wanting ‘revenge.’ 

* (modern) muse a is an independent woman – cynical with love. one night, she meets muse b, an ultimate player. they bicker, however, there’s that spark between them. despite the altercation, they end up having a one-night stand. the two meet again, discovering they’re in the same profession. even though they don’t get along, they end up being in an FWB relationship. and just when things start to go well for them, muse b’s ex fiancee comes back. 

* (modern) muse a and muse b were in a teacher-student relaitionship in the past. with muse a being the persistent student who chased after her teacher, which ends up successful. they had a good relationship. however, it ends because of circumstances. muse b leaves her without any explanation, however, when he returns years later–divorced/widowed–he pursues muse a (his true love.) but muse a has changed a lot, and she’s not the same hopeless romantic girl in the past anymore. hence, the chasing and angst.

* (modern/domestic) muse a and muse b are estranged husband and wife. they were married in the past, with a huge age gap. up to now, they’re still not divorced; just separated. she was still young back then, however, she loved him dearly. however, muse a and muse b meet again when he invited her out for a drink ‘for old times’ sake.’ muse a urges muse b to go for divorce, but muse b is adamant. the heated argument ended up into a fucking session, and muse b ends up blackmailing muse a about what happened (threatening to show the CCTV record of their session.) defeated, muse a complies with muse b’s request. he asks her to pose his wife for one more year, and then after that, he’ll grant the divorce. (muse b’s intention is really just to win her over again, though.)
