Call me weird, but I find something so comforting in typical mundane romance animes as an ace person.

Like, they portray hand holding as such a big deal. Sometimes it takes episodes to build up the courage. And walking beside each other is seen as a big step, or accidentally touching. A peck of a kiss is the pinnacle of affection. It's stuff people don't think twice about in reality.

I just love it; the different ways of showing two people in love without all the overt physical affection.

I really hate anime like watamote and Bocchi the rock because the comedy comes from the character embarrassing themselves because of like,, social anxiety.

Like they go out of their way and stand out more because of their social anxiety and I hate it rahhh,, i have seen somewhat similar things from people irl, but not to the extent its taken to in the animes

Bocchi doesnt do it as bad as watamote but it still does, and the secondhand embarrasment from watamote is so painful 💀

It's so funny seeing people complain "BONES animated a blue sky" because... THAT'S ALWAYS BEEN A THING?!

I'm gonna sound salty and you're entitled to have your opinion but whenever there is some big battle in BNHA, IT'S A BLUE SKY.

And to me, it works because ANYTHING BAD CAN HAPPEN ON A SUNNY DAY.

Hell, maybe that's the point! THE IRONY THAT A WAR STARTS WITH A BRIGHT BLUE SKY ☀!!

You see a bright blue sky, you think of hope and happiness? So nothing can go wrong, right?

YOU THOUGHT WRONG!! YOUR DAY IS RUINED NOW! THE UNEXPECTED HAPPENED!

Someone's worst day can literally be on a sunny day. I have had bad days on days where the weather is nice! And then, some of my best days have been on rainy days!!

What if, what if and this is a stretch here, that Horikoshi was like "blue skies"? Wouldn't that be something! THAT THE CREATOR OF BNHA SAID BLUE SKIES?! (Not saying he did for sure...)

Like, again, because there has been so many blue sky scenes, I'm going out on a limb here... what if that's the point?! It doesn't always have to a bad weather day for bad times? The blue sky is just false hope? Hmm?

I don't know, maybe it's just me but the complaints about every single thing is annoying. Look, don't like what you seen in the trailer, alright then. Don't care, that's you.

It's just for the past couple of years or so, it seems there's something to complain about.

"They got the angle wrong here."

"Their shirt is actually blue in the manga."

"They're a little more than an inch apart in this scene actually."

Like things that don't actually matter!!

I get it if a scene got cut and it's an important scene to the plot.

But just lately, in any fandom, people find ANYTHING to complain about! Well, damn, I wasn't aware that the animators and other creative members of the team had to make sure every single thing was perfect like they're fucking robots and not humans who are working in stressful environments and on time crunches. I wasn't aware.

Some of you even complain when there's fucking breaks!! HOLIDAYS EXIST?! BAD WEATHER EXIST?! CRISISES EXIST?! PEOPLE GET SICK AND HURT?! FUCKING HELLO?!

Yes, I know BONES have made some disappointing decisions in the past, yadda yadda. But sometimes, I just think about "what if the animators had no control over that" and "I bet it's fucking hard to translate something off a paper to move with color and effects for a screen" and "I bet they were exhausted after this".

I'm just happy with a new season, but I also wish the creative team nothing but the best. Like, honestly, I just hope for anybody working at an animation studio to get the rest they so need.

And don't argue with me on this. It's just how I feel. You don't agree with me, fine. Don't care.

I just question if there's anything anybody in any fandom won't complain about and actually enjoy for once.
