Kai took the waterskin and chugged some of it before wiping his lips. "Thanks. I cushioned my fall with some air, I'm kind of getting used to being thrown around." Kai explained before he almost dropped the skin in shock at the name. He was kidding, right? Then again, appearance seemed to be similar to what he'd read about. Could it be?

"Um...Kai...thank you for saving me. Say...which way to Republic City?" Kai asked simply, starting to ponder about when he was as well.

ㅤㅤ𝓡aven leads the way through the door from the roof to the inside of the Titan's Tower, It was a decent journey to the main control room where the gang liked to hang out and spend their time, but once they arrived, it was quiet. Empty. There wasn't a Titan in sight. At first she figured that they were all simply in other parts of the tower. But as she closed her eyes and focused momentarily on the energies within the building, only two- herself and Ggringo were present. And she hadn't received a call for an emergency. ❝That's odd... Nobody's here.❞ She said quietly, brows furrowing with confusion.

Hmm. What she told did sound complicated indeed, and he figured to her invitation inside that it was better to not keep asking about it. It wasn't like he would be willingly elaborating on everything he could do or how his powers worked, if the talk would be the other way around.

"Of course." He wasn't eager to meet the rest of the team - it was always wonderful when he had a chance to meet Kori, but her friends not so much (not that he really did meet them before) - but he could hardly just say 'no thanks' and leave or demand she stay out here instead, so he tried his best to not make too much of a face and just nod.
