A reminder that I am not where I used to be. The photo on the right was just under a year ago when I was a really bad place and was near my HW at around 190lbs. The photo on the left is me now, about 7lbs off from my LW(160). I think progress photos are so important and you need to remember how much your body can change even if you don’t feel it has.
Now I’m going to go run and try not to die going uphill🏃🏼♀️
