— being best friends with miles is quite an adventure, probably because he’s spiderman and you’re his non-spider person assistant sidekick. you two have grown up being next door neighbors and it doesn’t help that your moms have been best friends since the morales moved in

— the first few days of the move in, miles wasn’t really shy and encouraged the both of you to play together. he showed you his hot wheels and action figures while you showed him your dolls. as the both of you were playing, miles noticed how very pink your room was; the pink bed set, pink dresser, all your dolls dressed up in pink and white dresses, a lot of pink pajamas, just a very pink room for a small girl but he didn’t mind. however, miles did tease you a bit on having such a pink room

— the both of you had so much fun playing with each other's toys and creating funny scenarios as time passed, until mile’s mom interrupted the both of you and said it was mile’s bedtime. the both of you didn’t want miles to leave but he had to, sadly. as he was leaving, you gave him a pink sticker and made him pinky promise to come again to play, and he never broke that promise

— now years later, miles is drawing another sketch of you in his sketch pad, his favorite photo of you but the background is pink. the infamous picture of you and miles being rained on at coney island, but you looked so happy and miles didn’t mind the rain so yall just went with it, dancing and goofing around until rio yelled at you two to take shelter

— that day might have been the day miles realized he had a crush on his best friend. watching you dance around in the gloomy sky with happiness on display, and with no worry shown on your face, made mile’s wish to see that every day. actually, he wanted to be the cause of that happiness, he longed for seeing that sort of happiness from you every day until the end of time

— but as months and years go by, mile’s feelings grow stronger and his heart wishes that he would confess how he felt about you. but instead, he draws it; he draws the two of you sitting at the park, small drawings of your best smiles, drawings of when you’re mad, he draws the two of you swinging around new york with your fake spider suits on, and he draws a potential spider kiss scene. any and everything that makes mile’s heart race a thousand miles per minute, he draws it

— every page of his sketchbook has a small drawing of you him with y’all initials at the bottom <3

— his favorite drawing will always be of you two on the rooftop, laying down on a blanket as you were stargazing and he confesses that he’s spiderman. it wasn’t an easy task, you were mad at him for lying and keeping this hidden but you also sympathized with him carrying that weight of being new york’s favorite hero

— so instead of confession, there is only drawings of y/n l/n, her favorite color pink, and little hearts as different sides of her are sketched away. but miles doesn’t, well sort of, cause he refuses to tamper his friendship with you over a crush. it sucks but that’s the decision he’ll make until he grows the courage to ask you on a date

𖦹 ₊˚. MIGUEL O’HARA

— he is brains and he is brauns, but when it comes to his emotions, miguel is distressed and face is growing hot like a sauna

— it doesn’t help that his classmate is the reason for all this as well, y/n, everyone’s favorite person who always has a sort of pink on her person. she’s bubbly, kind, and very smart, not many can speak badly of them cause they treat everyone like the person is their best friend. boys and girls either wanna befriend them or fall in love with them, and miguel o’hara is surely on that list

— miguel always adored the way you spoke with such confidence, rarely stutters in your speech, doesn’t mind lending a helping hand, you were like a blessing from the heavens above. a blessing that he would wish is his and his only, oh he wished to surround himself with you all day and all night

— he would get flushed at the way you praised his work in class or how you’d give small compliments to his features, calling him handsome whenever you two passed by on campus and how his teeth are so perfect and fascinating. his face would be painted a deep red as he gives a thank you with a gentle smile

— it doesn’t help that miguel can barely focus on his studies when all he can think about is the person with a beauty that could make the angels sing and a soul crafted perfectly by God Himself. while trying to figure out a formula for his next physics exam, all he can think of is kissing you, hugging you, making you laugh with bad physics jokes, going on dates, how you would look in his clothes, how your name would sound with his last name, and the cute family you two could have…yeah miguel is in too deep

— but he should’ve known after you spent some time in his apartment for a physics project. one day specifically, you were in the middle of trying to figure out this formula your professor sent you two for the project but you could not get it, nothing could help, not even miguel himself. you tried everything that you can find in your textbooks but became frustrated and broke down in tears, your rarely-used reaction to a difficult assignment

— you tried to hide your face from miguel but instead, he allowed you to lean into his arms and continued crying until you became sleepy. you wiped any remaining tears and apologized to miguel. he did nothing but smile, assure you that it was alright to cry, and that you can cry to him any time, any day. in reality, he fell deeper as he watched you become vulnerable and found safety in his arms as you cried, a piece of you that he wishes to hold and cherish

— ever since that day, miguel wishes and hopes of becoming your lover as time passes and you two grow closer

𖦹 ₊˚. GWEN STACY

— falling for the new recruit at spider society wasn’t something gwen didn’t expect at all. In fact, she thought they would rather be more associates than friends, possibly even lovers. but falling for the new spider person with blonde and pink locs and a pink spider suit? definitely not

— but she was wrong the second you introduced yourself and complimented her suit, some sort of emotion grew but she couldn’t figure out what it is. was it anxiousness, nervous, flustered? what could it possibly be?

— she ranted to hobie about the new spider person and he was no help, instead of advice he said teased about gwen’s “crush” on you. which gwen constantly denied but hobie refused to believe it and pavitr made it no better

— you were partnered up on a missions with her and that made everything worse for gwen and this mysterious feeling. gwen found you incredible while you were fighting bad guys and the fact that you still looked perfect after brutal battles made gwen fall deeper

— some days of no crimes and just patrolling, you two would sit on top of a building and watch the city pass with its luminous billboard signs of ads, top artists, and fast food displays. you two would play a game of “I Spy” to make time pass, a mundane game but it was fun as the clues became more difficult

— some days you two would just sit and rant on about life, gwen was shocked that your life isn’t what it seems, no matter how positive you try to be and you comforted her as she talked about her friend miles. she feels regret for not seeing him and feels like she did a terrible job at being his friend. you continued to listen until the streetlights came on, also making gwen realize how your skin radiates in the moonlight. she studied the way your face softened as she was talking, the way your blonde and pink locs made your skin color stand out more, and how your pink suit made you look so much like a barbie doll. well, a spider doll I should say

— instead of talking, gwen wanted to kiss you and lay in your arms, she wanted to embrace your beauty and soul until time separates you both. the mysterious feeling grew more and more as missions continued on and you opened up more sides to her as she did to you. She realized that you’re human and far from perfect, but she didn’t mind

— but also her nerves messed with her as questions started to arise in her head. “do they like me back? am I worthy of having another friend? Would they still like me if they found out about peter? do I deserve to be loved and cared for?” but gwen pushed them and showed no sign of them as you spent time with her

— days where she’s walking mindlessly around new york, she finds herself thinking about you, everything about you. from your soft smile to your alluring personality, how intelligent and critical you can be in certain situations, to your great obsession with pink, any and everything of y/n <3

i cannot fathom to you how flustered this boy gets on a regular day when y'all really not doing anything. the boy already really likes how you look in your regular uniform or just casual street clothes so when rio and jeff invite you over for the carne asada/cookout and you popped in a sundress of all things, he kinda doesn't know how to act.

oh, and his parents find it absolutely hilarious. this is really the time where him being jeff's son and aaron's nephew really shines through. he's awkward about it and can't seem to get through any of his sentences.

he really likes the way it fits you and the color compliments you well but he has such a hard time for like a good 30 minutes. eventually, aaron comes to save him and gives him a tip of going to get some drinks for the both of you and take you somewhere private to talk.

not to mention, his whole family thinks you two are too cute for words and takes every chance to mention how much of a good couple you two make. once you come back over to get something to eat, you are bombarded by multiple family members. miles is definitely nervously laughing to get through the embarrassment of all them making the most outlandish comments and gave up after the 4th tia said how lucky he is to have you.

this is literally the world's boldest man ever, he truly don't give a fuck whose watching. you were actually in the middle of a block party when you were called to debrief about a mission. not to be bothered to put on your suit (especially since peter b. walks around in a pink robe of all things), you step through the portal in your sundress and sandals.

certainly not the first time hq has seen you out of uniform but the sundress has you grabbing compliments left and right from all the spider people present (even miguel, which was surprising). it would be hobie to see you last though. he was originally talking to pav who was rambling on about his recent date with gayatri again when he catches a glimpse of you pass by to go into the meeting room with miguel and jessica.

now in my eyes, hobie immediately tunes out of pav's conversation at once to focus all of his attention on you and makes the split decision to follow you in there. it's not like jessica will care enough to kick him out and he does not care what miguel has to say. quite frankly, the man only sees you at the moment and that doesn't even catch up to him until he's right in front of you.

then in the thickest accent possible, he flirts endlessly throughout the entire meeting. the man has no sense of personal space around his friends and it's only ten times worse with you. hanging off your shoulders, wrapping his long arms around your waist, resting his head on your shoulder while hugging from behind. you do your best to acknowledge, because ignoring him will not work and only make it worse, but to also get through the meeting.

it's easy to chalk it up as hobie being a physical person but there's only so much to explain the way he feels up on the material of the dress, making comments that make you feel like you're blushing and distract from whatever miguel was saying before he gave up and just told you to come in later. without hobie.

leaving the meeting was easier than staying in it but now you gotta deal with a very cocky spiderman that is doing his absolute best to talk you into coming back to his dimension. (pav is watching from a distance with a bag of popcorn, squealing over how many of his friends are having romance novel moments)

author’s note: i know it’s been awhile people but i’m back temporarily </3. schools been so exhausting and i’m finally finding inspo to write.

hardcore gamer. i feel like midoriya would love games and is the type finish to them in one sitting and every single time he’s finished, you can notice how slightly insane he looks by the end of it. his hair is a little fluffier, his eyebags are bigger than grocery bags, and his only goal after he stands up from his chair is to flop on his bed and pass out. if you’re there, you’re always urging him to take breaks and he does occasionally. but honestly good luck getting him to budge. izuku’s determination is unmatched.

once he’s extremely comfortable around you, he likes when you give him pecks all over his face and then on his mouth. he seems like the type to do it in a specific order: left cheek, forehead, right cheek, nose, then mouth. i don’t know, it just kinda scratches his brain in the right way. and don’t forget this order or a spot because he’ll be sure to remind you. “you missed a spot…” he would say, pointing to the spot you missed. you would roll your eyes playfully while leaning in to fix your mistake.

he likes to cook with his mom. it’s therapeutic for him, he just loves spending time with her. it’s his favorite thing to do besides cuddling under you. every time you are over at his moms' house for dinner, he’s always trying to help his mom despite her protests. “izuku! i’m fine—“ “mom. just let me help you with this!” maybe he’s a little too helpful at times but we all know it comes from a good place.

hides his emotions very often. izuku doesn’t like to be vulnerable, at least around you. so he could be super stressed out about something but as soon as you enter his room or something, his mood immediately changes. it’s not like he fakes his emotions around you, he just wants to deal with his problems by himself. he doesn’t want to make it your issue as well. so it’s very rare when izuku opens up about something despite never being able to shut his mouth.

i like to think that arguments are very rare in your relationship. despite whether or not you may be emotionally mature or not, he is. his job isn’t to fix you, but he helps you when you try to “fix” yourself. he makes you want to do better. so whenever there is an argument, he separates himself from you so you can calm down and once things have settled in you both have a proper conversation about the issue and about how you both can fix it. but like i said, this is rare so when this circumstance happens, it’s over something serious and it would have a huge effect on your relationship.

OR if we’re speaking a little more on the canon side, i don’t think it’s much different but i think he would not know what to do if you get angry at him. he’ll try to talk things out but do it poorly at first due to how nervous he is. but overall, i think the relationship is pretty healthy communication-wise, and that midoriya is a good boyfriend for this first time. (there is no denying you will be his first and most likely last love.)

He had this all thought out. From the date, to the day, to even the time he would ask. A foolproof plan, one may add. Yet, it seemed that some force, possibly the universe, was having none of this. Laughing in his face at the absurdity of asking such a person out. A person that was none other than you. 

You, the one Miles would call a dear friend of his. Well, he would have a few weeks ago. Before the mere mention of your name made his stomach flip and sweat like he was stuck in a never-ending sauna. It surprised him how you hadn’t caught on by now, since his behavior was far from ordinary. But, you seemed to be oblivious or rather knew but wanted to spare his feelings. Either way, Miles was determined to make his feelings known. 

After weeks of preparation, everything was set. He settled on asking you out on a picnic date under the stars. A simple, yet creative date choice that would be enjoyable without either of you breaking the bank. All he needed to do was pick a day with the clearest sky, convince his mother to make your favorite food, and ask you out, the part he dreaded the most. Not because he was being forced to, but because of the “what ifs?” that plagued his mind. 

Before long, there was no time to keep avoiding the inevitable. After a day had been picked and his mother started preparations for the food, there was one thing left to do: ask you out. An awkward, cheesy confession did the trick, leaving you both full of smiles with anticipation of the day to come. 

And when it came, all the chaos Miles thought would break loose didn’t. The force that constantly turned his life upside down ceased, deciding to let him have his one day of peace. His morning, where Miles was sure something would go wrong, went by smoothly, as he helped his mother prepare the foods you both would enjoy. Then the afternoon came and went as he spent the majority of it finding the perfect outfit, getting his hair to cooperate, and checking and rechecking the weather to ensure you both didn’t have to reschedule. 

As the sun began to set, Miles said his goodbyes and made the trip to your house. No matter how amazing the food smelled beside him or the way the leaves crunched under his feet, every step he took was full of nerves. When he reached your door, those nerves intensified with the what-ifs pouring back into his mind. But, all worries and doubts fled once you open the door. 

'Breathtaking'��was the first word Miles thought of when his eyes landed on you. After locking your door, you turned to him, giving him the softest smile he could only wish to mirror. His heart melted as he shakily offered flowers to you, melting even more when you took his hand. As you began the walk to your destination, something clicked in Miles’s brain. It was like a knowing, a knowing that everything would turn out the way he had hoped. 

Before you both knew it, night had fallen. The food was almost gone and the pink and orange streaks had left the sky. You both were laying on the blanket Miles brought gazing at the stars above and talking about anything and everything. Well, you were. Miles was stuck staring at you completely lovestruck. He was a fool to think you looked better under the sun when the moon brought out little things he never noticed before. 

In the sun, your skin sparkled like it was trying to outshine it. But in the moon, your skin shimmered like it was letting the moon have its moment. Your locs, which usually were so full of life and bounced whenever you walked, settled down, letting Miles admire their color and perfection. Your eyes, which he could never stare at properly without getting caught, had his full attention. 

It didn’t matter to him that he couldn’t see the constellations he had picked out. Why should it when he had a front-row seat to the prettiest star in the sky? A silent thank you went out to the sky above for letting him get just this one day. This one day he could spend with the person who outshined every constellation in the galaxy. You, the one he wanted to light up his universe forever.

He thought he was imagining things as first as he was "supposedly" the only Spider-man, of this world at least. He didn’t see you again until three days later when you formally introduced yourself and became a duo ever since. 

Earth1610!Miles Morales who loves the creativity of Spider-Barbie’s designs. When they first met, her suit was white with pink lining, simple enough. But as the months progress, so did her suit. He never knew there were so many shades of pink and he was still confused about how you turned your webs pink! He was also curious how you were able to leave a hole for your high blonde, ponytail to flow through. No matter the hairstyle; braids, faux locs, bundles, even a cute little puff could be seen peering out the top of your head. 

Earth1610!Miles Morales who begins to fall for Spider-Barbie, but also the new girl at school. No matter how hard his heart beats when Spider-Barbie is around, you always catch his eye in the hallway. Your blonde, dyed hair is eye-catching and compliments your skin perfectly. Plus how you incorporate pink into everything about you is admirable. Shoes, book bag, even your pens are pink and fluffy! He wants to date you both, but he knows he can’t be that lucky. Right?
