First on his build "to do" list was performance and he wanted his creation to be quick and fast so he had a 302 built and balanced with a complete roller assembly, flat top pistons, performance intake with four barrel carb, long tube headers, etc., that would be running somewhere between 300 and 350 h.p. It was mated to a brand new 5 speed Tremec with new 4:11 gears installed in the rear end while, he was having the entire rear axle rebuilt. What one gets when they combine the 5 speed Tremec with the 4:11 rear end gear ratio is a car that is quick off the line but can still do 70 mph. at 2300 rpm. Read the full article

1967 Mustang Shelby

Every nut and bolt meticulously restored from bottom up as a Shelby. Really the man that had this car restored was very thorough and did not cut any corners. Al mechanics are new. Built 351 cleveland with comp cam, Holley 670 carb, Edel brock intake. Has top loader 4-speed. New 3.50 traction lock rear. Upgraded to tubular rack + pinion front end from rodent custom. New powder disc brakes. New A/C system. New radiator with 4 electric fans. All new wiring. gauges restored and calibrated. Quartz movement in clock. New clutch, shocks, ETC long tube headers. Entire exhaust, intake, valve covers are mechanic coated. Has pristine body and paint. All new chrome, trim, rubber, etc. Completely new deluxe interior from the cushions to the dash bezel. Motor compartment, un-deside and trunk are detailed only 2,900 miles since built. Looks like it was built yesterday.
