During summer, filling the water into bottles and keeping it in the fridge all the times, becomes a tedious task.

Or hot water for tea or coffee without using stove or kettle?  The water dispenser is the solution to your problem. Initially, Water dispensers in India were used at offices only, But now they are also used for home.

As its name suggests, a water dispenser dispenses/release water. All you need is a purified water bottle. It is great if you want bottled water but doesn’t want to carry one all the time. It is one of the easiest access to water, just by providing clean and filtered water through replaceable bottles.

1. Mounted Water Dispensers

Mounted Water dispensers, commonly called water fountains are usually found in public places such as a park, footpath, large office buildings, and theme parks. It is attached/ mounts to a wall or freestanding on the ground. The water is connected to an existing water line which is then purified and cleaned.

The dispensing water is usually released in an arc form so that drinking is made easy. The primary purpose for this type is for quick drinking. Water dispensed through this cannot be cooled or heated. If the line water is cold, then the dispensed water would be cold else hot.

If the water dispenser is fitted in large buildings which have electrical availability, then the dispensed water is filtered and treated ensuring its purity all the time. These are the most primitive types of dispensers, which does not have unique functionalities such as cooling, heating.

2. Point of Use Bottleless Water Dispenser

These types of water dispensers are same as that of Mounted Water dispensers which make use of the existing water line. For convenient access to water, it is fitted in business areas, Malls, and residential home. It does not require replacing of bottles every time.

The main functionality which makes it stand out from the mounted water dispensers is that it can heat and cool water.

3. Bottled Dispensers

The bottled water dispenser follows the same features of heating, cooling, filtered and treated. These products come up with just an exception of having a replaceable bottle tank.

Usually, a 5-gallon water bottle is placed upside down over its tank.  This is just an ideal and apt option for those users who do not wish to connect their dispensers to mainline.

The water in the bottle is usually filtered water, the only thing needed to be done is heat or cool the water according to the users choice. A button or knob is provided on these dispensers to draw water and drink.

A high amount of maintenance is required as the user should ensure that there is enough water available in the bottle and needs to be replaced when water is about to finish.

4. Counter Top Water Dispenser

If your table has enough space to accommodate a countertop water dispenser, then this product comes handy. It needs to be connected to a mainline or else used with a replaceable bottle.
