5 EASY SNACKS FOR STUDYING!

1.Frozen Yogurt-Covered Blueberries

Just coat fresh blueberries or any fruit with yogurt and freeze.

2.Apple with Peanut Butter

This is pretty self-explanatory but you can substitute peanut butter with any type of dip you like!

3. Spicy Sriracha Popcorn

Just melt butter and stir in sriracha. Then drizzle over popcorn and voila, your snack is done!

4. Cheese Cucumber Sandwiches

Curb your carb intake by eating cheese with crunchy cucumbers instead of crackers. No more dusting off crumbs from your lap, desk, book!

5.Nutella Energy Bites

Get energy to study through oats, shredded coconut, honey-roasted hazelnuts, (optional: ground flaxseeds, and chia seeds). Nutella = happiness, am i right

Studying tips and resources

Before studying tips:

make sure your desk/study area is not cluttered

have a well lit area

relax before starting any work

know what work you’re going to do and you have the correct stuff for it

take makeup off and tie long hair out of your face (if you don’t need to go out again/see someone)

have a drink and snacks

Writing notes:

Use coloured pens to write key words and a normal black/blue pen for the rest of the note

keep notes chronologically ordered

separate notes by topic

draw diagrams in pencil and clearly label them

bullet points are your friend

colour code

Keeping yourself organised:

take advantage of the calendar app on your phone

use an organiser (at school or work)

put note in chronological order and separate topics with binders

have a backup memory stick

colour code subjects (e.g. have a different coloured folder for each subject)

write to-do lists everyday

keep a bullet journal (links to set-up below)

How do you not mess up when you bullet journal? I really want to try bullet journaling but the main reason I won't is because I'm a perfectionist and if I even mess up one letter it will bother me until I start a new journal.

Haha I understand your dilemma, I too struggle with the search for perfection. But I look at this way, I can either not get started and wallow in that or I can get something down on paper and improve from there. You can’t improve on nothing so its best to start with something, try it out for a while and see how much it helps with your productivity (or not) and just go from there. My journal is never perfect either, I’m always changing it to suit and mistakes help you to realise what you want. For me, the bullet journal system has been a endless source of inspiration and motivation. I hope that helps you in some way✎ ✎
