i think the standard edition of TTPD (1-16) is a borderline perfect album

#nothing borderline like about it #it IS perfect! #and I genuinely can’t comprehend the criticism #and it isn’t me with my rose colored swiftie glasses #like objectively this is a sonic feast AND compelling story #it’s got the kind of patchwork quilt elements of red where there’s so many different listening experiences except she somehow made them #cohesive? and the flow is perfect #and there’s so much depth in the storytelling #I’m just in awe like wtf

do you think chloe et al is about someone specific? i've seen people saying matty but the scarlet maroon seems too specific? i'd go for amalgamation over matty only and specifically tbh. but also bc of the names it makes me feel like trying to do a paternity test is also trying to force one of her exes out of the closet and it makes me feel icky that a little part of my brain is still thinking about it. idk if this is silly/wrong, paternity tests are obvi not the most important part of her songs but they are fun and important to me to understand taylor the human. the usually muse doesn't matter for the art, i listen to 100s of songs by other artists without caring about who inspired them. but for taylor i'm interested bc i'm interested in /her/. it's all very parasocial of me. what are your thoughts?

i don’t know if this is anything but you know all the football imagery in the alchemy? what else happens in football stadiums? eras tour. and we joked all fall that eras tour was Barbie’s dream house and football was the mojo dojo casa house. so what if the alchemy we don’t need to fight is maybe our relationship as fans to Taylor.
