Are there any physical traits Finch has that Albert loves?

Al never thought much of brown eyes. He had them himself. And he spent so long pining to be noticed by sky blue that he'd overlooked the color entirely.

But Finch's gaze is a warm, dark maple that melts through Al. Deep and sweet as buckwheat honey. There's a softness to the shade that makes Al want to linger even before he knows why.

Could I please very politely request some hc on Buttons and Elmers early relationship, like how they got together or their first kiss?

Buttons and Elmer were acquaintances for a while but began to grow closer when they had a conversation about their families. Buttons was able to relate to the hectic life of a busy household that Elmer also led and they quickly bonded over that.

They grew even closer when Buttons started helping Elmer read the article titles in the mornings. Newsies always embellish the headlines to make them sell better but Elmer, being unable read English, was at a disadvantage by not even knowing what the real articles were. It was the root of his selling problems that Mush joked about, though he didn't want the others to know.

The youngest of nine, Elmer had never been anyone's focus. So when Buttons sews him a birthday present, Elmer is already smitten with him. But Buttons, oldest of five and evening housekeeper, never had much time to put his own needs first nor consider what he wanted for himself.

One day, when Elmer complained to Buttons that evenings at his household made him feel claustrophobic and invisible, Buttons invited him over to his own home. "I don't know if it'll less hectic, but if you're looking for a change..."

Buttons smiled adoringly as Elmer "read" (made up) a bedtime story for his three younger sisters from an old almanac and even helped him put his baby brother to sleep. So, when the house was quiet and peaceful by ten, Buttons gathered the nerve to ask if Elmer would like to stay. Between the cold, dark walk home to a too-full house and the cozy, warm bed Buttons was offering to share with him, the choice was easy for Elmer.

After a few more nights of having Elmer over (and having his siblings beg for him on nights he wasn't there), Buttons allowed himself to recognize that he had deeper feelings for Elmer. So, one night when all the kids were asleep and they were bundled in bed, warm and safe as snow gently covered the city, it felt natural and overdue to kiss.

It's quite amazing, Elmer thinks, going from a house so crowded he's nearly pushed out of it to one that asks for him, misses him, adores him. And it's incredible, Buttons thinks, to finally have something that's for him—to at last feel rested against someone who gently helps him wake for the morning paper distribution before his parents return.

"Kocham cię," Elmer tells him desperately, earnestly.

"I love you, too."

Can I politely request some confort or fluffy redfinch where Albert goes all soft and comforting when Finch feels 'jittery'

It is to me! 

I could eat two days on a dime!

They can’t just do that, can they?

Al hears the way Finch’s voice breaks, fear gripping him too tightly to keep his tone steady. He sees the way his body tenses, the way his brow furrows.

Then Crutchie speaks, “We gots the rights to starve.”

That’s the word that does it. At night Finch is silent, slingshot tight in his fist, holding it painfully as he stares out into nothing atop of roof of the lodging house.

“Hey, no one’s starving, okay.” Al tells him softly as he leans over the railing to catch any sort of breeze a New York city summer could offer them.

“You don’t know that. No one plans to starve, Red, it just happens.”

“Jack and Davey seem to know what they’re doing,” Al says, trying to convince himself of that just as much.

He wasn't typically on the giving end of comfort and it was hard as hell telling someone not to be scared when they certainly should be.

Courage is when we face our fear, and whatnot.

“You have a home and three working family members. You’ll never know hunger even if you’re out of work. Me, I—”

Al simply places a hand to Finch’s back, who instantly seems to regret his panicked reaction.

“Sorry. I shouldn’t have…”

“No, you’re right. I’ll never know what you went through. Look, all of this is fuckin’ scary. But we’re in it together. You won’t be on the streets again.”

Finch is silent. He doesn't believe him. But the sentiment is there and for now that's enough.

He fills his lungs, breathes out all the stars back into the city sky, and slingshots a pebble at a trashcan below with a loud pang.

Back in motion, unfrozen, with Al to thank for it.
