Another Life - Snowbaird AU

After graduating from high school with great expectations for the future, Coriolanus Snow, heir to an influential family in New York, sees his plans crumble when a post-graduation party spirals out of control, leading to a night in the police station. His father, the ruthless Crassus Snow, seeing this as an intolerable failure, sends him as punishment to military service at Fort Barfoot, a remote base in Blackstone.

There, amidst military discipline and loneliness, Coriolanus finds an escape on a night off, where he falls desperately in love with Lucy Gray Baird, a charming local singer. Despite the intensity of their romance, he feels trapped and out of place in the city he despises so much. When an opportunity for redemption arises in the form of an offer to take on a significant position in the family's business in New York, Coriolanus doesn't hesitate to accept, leaving behind not only the city he loathes but also something more: his heart.

Ten years pass, and he sees his past knocking on his door, the problem is that this past brings much more than just memories.

Honestly, I shipped them from the beginning of Season 1. They are so cute together. It’s just too bad he turned out to be such a loser. They could have been such a good couple. I was so proud of her when he tried to talk her into coming with him and she told him no. Glad she got better dates in the future that didn’t turn out to be murdering psychopath!!!!
