going out to eat with my bf tdy, so i looked up the menu to the place and i pretty much have two boring low cal options to choose from. soup or a salad. think i'm gonna go with the soup and eat like a breadstick from there for a meal today.
should be around, 390 cals if the nutrition on the website is true but gonna add extra cals cause i don't trust it rlly so 400 or 500 cals is gonna go in my tracker.

i dread this happening. it's the only side effect tht scares me abt this bc i put ungodly amounts of time into my hair, like 4-6 hrs every week on my washdays, and to just have it fall out because i wanna be skinny kills me

My hair is falling out a lot, i will be okay as Long as i don’t go bald. My hair is thick so thinning shouldn’t be too bad..

gonna do wht made me lose the first time b4 i gained it all back like a dummy. literally, i was 140!!!! but now i'm back closer to my sw and i refuse to reach it again. i would only eat once a day and exercise like crazy. thank god i kind of retained that habit (the not eating throughout the day.)
i am not hungry throughout the day, but at night i just started to overeat which led to a binge restrict cycle and now i'm back here again. gonna change tht.
140 is gonna be my first gw.

Idk about you but I’d rather take the bloating from smoking cigarettes or drinking a ton of water than bloating from food 🤷‍♀️

was just pressured into eating dinner by my family. they kept saying since i hadn't ate anything it'd be ok for me to eat, and like an idiot i listened. idk how many calories i just ate but i feel like crap.
i might purge it honestly just so it's out of me. i feel like such a failure rn.
