After today’s events, I’m definitely going to be remaking under a new url and will be extensively private for my own comfort and safety. If you are interested in continuing to be mutuals, please DM me directly. I will be working on the new blog this weekend potentially.

So I have not been around ( surprise! ), but I am thinking I might remake this blog. Drop a bunch of muses and keep a pretty tight circle. This blog has a lot of bad juju attached to it after some recent things that happened in the last few months ( if you know you know; if you want to know, you can DM me ). I've been wanting to be active here, but my motivation just falls to 0 every time I login. I've been spending a lot of time on my Hazbin blog, gaming, and trying to move forward in life ( re: new job; new housing ). So I think it might be time to close this chapter and start anew since that usually makes me feel better. No timeframe yet, and it's just a thought but seems more likely than not.

In the meantime, I will continue to try and answer things here, so thank you all for your patience and support ♥

it makes me sad to think about how little Maki has of her own. every piece of recognition or item she owns is Zen’in and usually ( more specifically ) because she’s Mai’s sister. for material things, her weapons are gifts from Gojo which are nice. but they feel temporary — borrowed. the only thing that truly feels her own is her uniform, but she wants someone to recognize her on her own. for her skill and merit, not her blood or name.

“ Baka. ” She remarks with a tone split between playful and rueful. Punching Yuta's arm, her lips fall to a line. Maki can't quite smile but she can't quite frown when he says something so stupid like that. While Yuta's strong, he's not invincible. None of them are. A painful truth Maki knows better than anyone. There may be humor in the comment, but it's a mask. A mask to hide the tragedy that lies behind silly little words.
