I thought I should share this idea. Doing SMD without a decent microscope is kind of hard therefore I have experimented with using my Pixel 4 as a magnifier and it's actually pretty neat. Have you seen this done before? Yes a real microscope easily outperforms a phone but the 10x magnification I get is good enough for SMD. I also guess many makers (like me) have a limited work space where you can have your stuff and are on a budget, maybe this could be a good enough option, any thoughts? I have of course designed an arm that attaches to the Omnifixo Base but this could easily also be standalone.
