Hello. Welcome to our small piece of Tumblr. We're On8mil.com, as small 8mm film transfer business based in London UK. We specialise in digitising 8mm, 9.5mm and 16mm film, for archiving and editing. All of our scans are done from 1080p resolution upwards, as far as 4K. Our most popular scan is our 2.5K 8mm film transfer, which delivers an 8mm film scan in 2448 x 2048 resolution, output to Apple Pro Res HQ or a 24bit uncompressed tiff sequence. But we also scan in 4K (4096 x 2160) and telecine 9.5mm and 16mm films in full HD and UHD. We're obessed with anlogue movie film and even named our company after it - Analogue Image Ltd.
