Designed by the renowned celebrities’ architect Paolo Lopez, this modern house is home to a very famous artist, Adeline Ohlson. Even with its strict contemporary design, the building still feels alive, mixing wood and stone textures all across the exterior with an abundance of plants and trees. The interior is also Lopez’s work, who got inspiration from some of Adeline’s paintings. It’s bright and pastel, calming and warm, and the perfect house for a big family.

Once I saw the train in the debug menu I knew I had make some sort of rundown train station, but I decided to convert it into a lounge/bar where sims can drink, dance, and play darts. There is also a little stable that cowfolk can leave their horse before entering and a more quiet area upstairs to just hang out and chat :)

I made this ranch for the household that I'm playing the new pack with. It comes with an open dining/ living room, kitchen, an office, 2 bathrooms, a main bedroom, a nursery for an infant, a toddler's bedroom, a guestroom, a laundry room and a playroom since the kids rooms are to the smaller side. Nectar making in the garage and the stable can house up to 4 horses.

CHESTNUT RIDGE WINE SHOP & BAR

Once upon a time, I managed operations for an urban winery. I learned a lot about wine naturally but I learned even more about design. One of the owners had a flair for creating inviting and eye catching spaces. That was the inspiration for this build. The interior design is loosely based on one of the original designs for the winery and bar.

The build includes a retail space, a cozy bar area and a wine "classroom" where customers can make their own wines. If you have the Somik & Severinka functional drinks mod, you can click on the shelves to purchase any of their drinks in your mods folder. I left the shelves at the front entrance blank in case anyone wanted to sell their crafted items at the shop.

Final note. I started making this shop on Plumbob Kingdom’s medium ranch build. I placed his build on the 64x64 lot, fenced it off and then began building the shop. Halfway through I decided to make it a separate build. So I plopped the full lot on a 30x20 lot, thus removing the ranch. Because of this, the gallery lists the original creator as Plumbob Kingdom. I did not edit one of his lots to make the shop. I built it from scratch. I promise no theft was involved!

NOCC | Appaloosa Nectar Shop

I really want a place to buy nectars in game, so I build this retail shop with all kinds of nectars and it can also be used to run a nectar business. However, it is pity that the nectars placed in the storages will disappear after downloading from the Gallery, so I add a room in basement with some nectars can be put into the storages as decoration. If you don't need them, you can just delete the room.

Rocky Mountain Record Traders 

this lot was inspired by the building of the same name from Life Is Strange: True Colors the build was in my plans since when EP High School Years was released, but due to lack of things I needed, I put it off until the last basement treasures kit came out I thought for a long time what type of lot to choose: generic or retail, but in fact there is nothing to buy except for a couple of instruments, so I chose the generic one, but you can use any type you like!
