Thought I ought to let you guys know that my twin and I are also holding a photoshoot for TF2 cosplayers during Momocon this month! My twin @hoshi-tsubasa will be cosplaying Miss Pauling and I'll be cosplaying my own personal cosplay of BLU Spy! I just read the fun facts about your mercs and I am extremely curious. Judging from the TikTok’s red Snipes has a VERY bad temper. Is that the same for the Blu snipes? Also does he ever take off the bandana? If he does could we see? Total snipes fan here haha

Oh the mercs in my earliest tiktoks (excluding my recent "I've always hated the color blue" post) aren't the same mercs as my version of the mercs! Those tiktoks were made before I posted the full ref art for the BLU and RED team! RED Sniper is actually much more friendly and laid back, while BLU Sniper is cold and rather scary by nature (also he is completely mute!)

Totally get it! And no worries, I will not make a doll of him for ya! No need to fret, I totally get that! I mean omg I would feel so weird making money off my dolls… like I don’t see my dolls being good enough to SELL them. Plus they take so much time and effort it’s like I put so much dedication into the art it’s hard to part with it, ya know? Hard to explain but that’s how it is haha. Maybe I’ll make a doodle of him instead, probably be a MLP version cuz people are a big NOPE drawing wise haha, my humans drawing skills ain’t nearly good enough for me to show off with confidence 🤣

From what I can see your work is very talented skill! The dolls are very lovely and even if you don't plan to sell them for commission they have just as much worth and value as any artist's drawing! Totally get what you mean by feeling attached to your work tho, I'm the same way! 🍰💖

Anyway whatever you decide to do it'll be lovely! So don't doubt your artistic skills, any amount of effort put into making fanwork for another person will make their day regardless! 🩷🤍❤️

With that said Shortcake Medic is a comfort sona of mine so I have to decline the offer to make a doll of him, as I would be more comfortable if it were a custom commission work I can own and display myself (like plushies of my ocs and such)! I had a question… 👉👈 I cannot promise it would be 100% accurate since I am still learning but would you mind if at least tried to make your Short Cake Medic into a doll? I make custom dolls from one’s I buy in store and make them into my own! I would 100% tag you and your character as the original and just use the doll as a form of at least my appreciation for all the joy your art has given me :) if not I totally respect that! I’m not great at drawing soooo…. 😅 that’s outta the picture lol. I made a few TF2 dolls here already and have no self control so either way there will be an army of TF2 dolls around my room haha
