I keep imagining Vasco finding Machete dying, covered in blood and he's just there, helpless. I think he'd try to yell, ask for help but no words will come out, only a broken howl. Maybe it was a nightmare and he wakes up panicked, his hands and chest full of blood from Machete's nosebleed.

the mention of Vasco being the more restless sleeper made me imagine a cute moment where he accidentally knocks Machete out of bed(maybe during an unusually vivid dream or something) and gives him extra cuddles to make up for it. 😭

Machete had his "oh no i interrupted sleep time and bothered my partner :(" moment with his nosebleed, maybe he'd feel a little better about it with the reminder that stuff you can't control can happen to anyone while they're asleep, and it's okay to laugh about it. (no pressure to draw it ofc, just wanted to share!)

The anon ask reading Machete as Versace and your mention of his subtly elegant style resting along the lines of YSL got me thinking the lad would honestly devour Loro Piana. In stark contrast, it feels like Vasco would be happy to roll with UNIQLO and other lighter fashion, for a more casual, slightly whimsical, less severe look. Either way, you know the boys will be so pretty in their littol outfits :3

As feral, what toys would either like the most? Machete seems like he'd enjoy one of those squeaky toys but is very polite with it, while Vasco seems like he'd be a shredder or like tug o war rope. Both of them I think would enjoy chasing a Frisbee together and bark at wild animals in the park ;w;

Machete would have a favorite toy he gingerly carries around as a comfort object. Vasco would enthusiastically destroy everything.

They would also like to play chase.

Kind of hilarious to me how poorly the title "Mob Psycho 100" localized to English-speaking areas. To someone whose first language is English, it scans as:

Mob (Yakuza, Mafia)

Psycho (violent person with "crazy" behaviors)

Thus: a particularly violent member of organized crime.

But in Japanese it scans as:

Mob (background characters in crowd scenes in manga or anime)

Psycho (short for psychic)

Thus: a psychic who looks/acts like someone you'd never pick out of a crowd scene in a comic.

If only Machete wasn't so distinctly white and waifish. Otherwise one could possibly use a lookalike to fake his death and just run away with vasco. But finding someone that resembles machete would be almost as hard as making the choice to end a life to save your own.
