Agere Baby Formula!

I know a lot of regressors (including myself!) can be as young as a few months old! Actual baby formula isn’t very good for us and can make us sick, so I found something we can use that tastes and smells basically the same!
(Warning: make this when big! It deals with the stove and you wouldn’t want to burn yourself :c )
Ingredients:

Hot Water
Klim Powdered Milk
Honey
Brown sugar (or white sugar if you like)
Cinnamon (Optional)
Vanilla [The actual thing or essence] (optional)
Directions:
Boil about 12oz of water in a small pot. Once the water has boiled, remove from the heat.
Add 4 tablespoons of Klim powdered milk. Stir until all clumps have disappeared
Add four teaspoons of your choice of sugar. (Less or more depending on how you like it)
Add one tablespoon of honey. (This helps thicken it a bit and makes it smoother)
Add your optional ingredients! A sprinkle of cinnamon or some vanilla!
Transfer to your cup/bottle/sippy and enjoy!

a lot of regressors are embarrassed about regressing but i want you to know, there is nothing to be ashamed about.
— no one needs to know why you personally regress
— it’s ok to be different than who you see online.
— there’s nothing wrong with using regression gear.
— gear use doesn’t have to match your age, if u want to use a pacifier even though you feel 9 go for it. if you want to play tricky video games even though you feel 3 go for it.
— there’s nothing wrong with liking or using certain gear (bottles, diapers, teethers, ext).
— no one else’s opinions matter.
— you do not need to have or want a carer and if you do, there’s no pressure to be dating them or calling them daddy/mommy/ect.
— it doesn’t matter if other people think it’s “cringe” or “gross”.
— it’s perfectly fine to like or enjoy things someone of your age range shouldn’t or most likely wouldn’t have an interest in.
— there is no need to have an age range if you don’t want one or don’t know / don’t feel like any particular age group.
agere has no limits, it’s your regression and you regress in your own way.

Sweet things to do for littles in the winter:
Make them a hot chocolate with all their favourite toppings (e.g. whipped cream, marshmallows, and a flake).
Bake with/for them, gingerbread is simple and festive.
Make them hot milk in their sippy.
Make them a comfy nest with their favourite teddies and blankets.
Encourage them to wear warm and festive clothes.
Take them for a walk to see local christmas lights or to a christmas event.
Watch a christmas movie with them.
Play some couch coop games while snuggled up together.
Sing christmas songs with/for them.
Christmas puzzles and colouringq!
Make the a stocking with lots of small gifts charity shops/thrift stores are great for this!

i am allowed to say no when i am uncomfortable. it's okay for me to block people who make me feel unsafe. ‎‎
i deserve to feel safe in my regression. ‎‎
just because i don't have a caregiver/babysitter doesn't make my regression any less real. ‎‎
i will love myself, even on the hard days. ‎‎
my regression does not make me any less capable.

tips for depressed, chronically ill, & disabled littles
it can sometimes be hard to feel little when you spend a lot of time in pain, bedridden, dealing with scary big thoughts, or any of the other things that can accompany mental or physical disabilities so these are things i do to feel small with little effort
ᯓ★ keep soft blankets + stuffies near you
literally what’s smaller than having your soft little comfort plushes with you? this is probably the easiest thing i do that always makes me feel at least a little smaller
ᯓ★ download mobile games for kids
if you aren’t someone who can get up and down off the floor or if you’re in a lot of pain, or if its just a rough day and you want to stay in bed little kid games are good for feeling tiny
ᯓ★ play baby music or soft lullabies
if you’re not feeling up to playing at all and just need to rest lullabies and nursery rhymes are rlly good for helping you rest and helping you feel tiny
ᯓ★ age regression fanfic
this might sound silly by at a little with chronic pain something that genuinely helps me is mood boards, one shots, etc. about my favorite fictional cgs
ᯓ★ think of your ‘lazy’ clothes as baby clothes
toddlers and babies are almost always dressed in comfy soft clothes so if you’re always in your soft sweatpants or cozy pjs to alleviate discomfort it’s just like little kids getting dressed in their soft little clothes
ᯓ★ middle regression is always an option
if you’re worried about regressing because you have to take care of yourself (ex. handle a walking aid, medicine, etc.) middle regression is super accessible because you can be regressed and do a lot of the things big you can already do
middle regression can also entail less rambunctious/active play (videos games, reading, coloring, etc.)
ᯓ★ audio books
if you look up ‘audio kids books’ or some form of that on youtube you can find kids stories read aloud! its something super fun that can make you feel small and you can do it anywhere at anytime.
ᯓ★ calming kids activities
there are a whole bunch of websites that have ‘calm down’ activities for when kids are winding down from rambunctious play and i use those a lot (playing with play dough, sensory toys, singing abcs/nursery rhyme games)
ᯓ★ remember not all regression looks the same
you don’t have to do anything to be small or to be valid as a regressor, regression looks different for everyone. there are ppl who regress and watch horror movies or ppl who regress while doing big kid things like going to the store or to school. your disability, no matter what form it comes in, does not invalidate your regression.
these are some of the things that i do, feel free to add more if you’re a little with disabilities, ily!!!!

How To Cope When Your CG is Gone
my cg is very extroverted and likes to go out a lot (im mostly making this for myself hehe). if youre a little who suffers from separation anxiety like i do, or you just have a hard time being alone, i hope this helps ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ
age regress- just the act of age regressing can help a lot, or conversely, choosing not to age regress if being big helps you through it better
talk- now is a good time to reach out to other people in your life. if everyone else is busy too, talk to your stuffies!! theyre really great listeners :3
set a timer for 5 minutes- this helps if youre panicking. use five minutes to identify what you feel, and where youre feeling it. then let it happen. set another timer for 5 minutes to try to work out some sort of solution. once the 5 minutes are up, you have to get up and go do something
scream, cry, throw a tantrum- sometimes you gotta. just be safe with it!! and dont make your cg feel guilty for not being with you, that isnt healthy
write it out- journalling about your current fears or even just about your day can help loads. try to physically write it in a notebook if you can.
color!! :3- color a pretty picture for your cg while theyre gone!! theyll really appreciate it and think its sweet ^w^ coloring is also a very calming activity and can be time consuming
weighted blanket- i dont personally use one but i know that they’re really good for anxiety
these are just a couple tips :3c sometimes these come in handy, sometimes what helps will be something completely different (ive been stuck in mario kart loops before). remember to always treat yourself (and your cg ofc) the best that you can!!
